    Small Theragun pad

    Too fast. Too percusive.

    Needs options to go slower and to reduce the length of the stroke. Don't always want or need to get that deep.

    The theragun mini

    I have a long history of LBP and sciatica and would see a physiotherapist a few times every year. Since combining yoga with using the Theragun I haven't seen a physiotherapist for three years!!!

    This is a must have - with this attachment I can use the therabody when my muscles are sore and tender and the regular attachment is just too powerful. I also highly recommend the supersoft attachments to use on injuries - I use mine on my tennis elbow and can go directly over the injury rather than skirt around it.

    Just firm enough

    Perfect attachment when you don’t need the soft tips and the firm stuff is too aggressive I bought a duo attachment and another dampener so I have two dampeners to work on me. It’s great.

    A must have accessory

    I have been using my Theragun for running recovery and the standard ball was a little uncomfortable. Dampener does exactly what it is called....dampens the discomfort and makes it easy to use gun near bones.
