it's OK. I had the mini 1st gen, it worked amazing. until it stopped working. then I ordered this theragun 3rd gen mini, it doesn't come close to the mini 1st generation. this new mini 3rd gen is weak. it doesn't have the same velocity and strength as the previous one I had. I'm definitely not happy with it.

I assumed its small size would mean it wouldnt have much power but oh wow yes it does, and the charge lasts super long! Its easy to hold and comes with 3 heads to use for different issues (I like the widest head for a nice massage-like feel). I find if I use it too long that my skin gets itchy but Ive heard thats pretty common. Its awesome!!

Its compact size and carrying case make it easy to use on the go for sore neck/shoulders from sitting in the car on long road trips. It is also very nice when you’re sore from working out. We have a larger version of massage gun from a different brand and we much prefer this one as it’s easy to handle and use on your own back without having to twist your arm around at an odd angle

Small but mighty — it fits right in my bag, super easy to use, and gives real relief after workouts or long days at work. Despite its size, the Mini surprising power with three speed settings. It’s noticeably quieter than other models, and the ergonomic triangular design makes it easy to hold, even when reaching tricky spots like shoulders or calves. Battery life is solid, lasting multiple sessions before needing a recharge. The included attachments let you switch between targeting large areas or the small for other areas, making it versatile for different needs. Definitely for everyday gym sessions, or travel, it’s an excellent companion. You can feel the quality!!

Garbage. Would give zero stars if could. Save your money and frustration Won’t keep a charge…and didn’t realize a shorter return window and so cannot return to Target. And out $230. And trying to contact Therabody and no number. And still no response after 48 hours. Very annoyed.

Great product in the blue colorway. Performance is great with longer battery life 180 vs 120 minutes in the gen 2 model, a tad quieter, and less overheating. It would be great if they were able to increase from 12mm to 13/14mm for a deeper massage level. I saw a customer review stating the blue causes a fan noise after 15min of usage and that other colors do not do that, but that most likely is normal since I did also bought the black color to compare, and it also does the same fan noise likely due to cooling down the device.

Do not buy the "TEAL" color version from Target. It produces a fan sound from Bluetooth speaker after 15 minutes of using which does not happen at others color in Mini 3.

Whether it’s tension in my neck and shoulders or sore feet and calves after a busy day, this compact device really delivers targeted relief without taking up space or making a ton of noise. I was surprised by how powerful it is for such a small size and the quality feels premium all around. I love how quiet and smooth it runs, even when applying pressure, and the ergonomic grip makes it comfortable to hold. It also has long battery life, which lasts up to 3 hours on a full charge. I also love how seamlessly it connects to the Therabody app via Bluetooth. It pairs easily with my iPhone and even syncs with my health data and Strava app to suggest personalized recovery routines based on my workout history and activity levels. That smart integration makes a big difference, it feels like the device knows exactly what my body needs after a long day or a tough workout. The included attachments are useful, but I do wish the Supersoft attachment came with the set instead of needing to purchase it separately, especially for more sensitive areas like the neck, ankles or forearms.
