Im assuming mist people are using this indoor but because it's plastic i figured I'd try. Its worked great and holds up well. Its great knowing my daughter is safe by the stairs

Not a noisy installation and allows for you to secure it onto your wall with hardware. A durable child safe gate that will last, unlike others that are poorly made.

I use this for my bathroom and my husband's taking its bath or when i'm using taking my bath and it keeps the baby out of the bathtub with us. We have a rambunctious two year old, and this also helps for our porch and our stairs. This gate is made out of high quality materials and can swing from the doorways too.If you use the attachments that come along with it. i highly recommend

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This baby gate is great. The rubber grippers cling onto the walls/door frame. The baby gate doesn’t move when put up. The assembly is super easy. The baby gate comes with a tension handle which is easy to use.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We received this baby gate complimentary in exchange for my honest review. The gate seems to be working really well pressure mounted ONLY when being used inside an actual doorframe (the frame needs to be there because it doesn’t seem to work well in a hallway opening between two walls without the framing). In the doorframe it’s very sturdy and holds in place even when trying to yank on it and we used only pressure mounting without the provided U cups. Unfortunately, the gate is not versatile as it states. We have two spots where we needed it to work and we’re not able to use it in either one. First one is a doorway / hallway opening without framing. The gate slips because of the wall texture and won’t hold in place. Also if you have baseboards on the wall, you’ll have to install above the baseboards because the pressure mounting requires an evenly flat surface on each side of the gate where the side caps touch. Install above baseboards is also problematic because it leaves a gap below the gate and the gate is higher up so it’s hard to step over it. If you don’t want to step over, to “open” the gate, you have to release the pressure and take it off basically. The second spot where we weren’t able to use it is the bottom of our staircase. Our staircase posts are curved and not evenly flat at the top and bottom where the caps on the gate touch them so when trying to pressure mount the gate, there’s a gap between the top caps and the posts and it doesn’t hold in place securely. The included instructions were confusing, they don’t explain the functionality and use or installation very well. As first time parents and first time buyers of a baby gate me and my husband would appreciate more detailed instructions for both use and installation and better pictures, or ideally a QR code link to a video showing those. The description made it sound like the handle is easy to use to open the gate but when it’s pressure mounted you are not actually opening it - you’re basically undoing the pressure and removing the whole gate. It’s definitely not super easy. We wanted to use it pressure mounted at the bottom of the stairs and I can’t imagine having to use the handle with one hand while carrying my 9 month old and trying to set it back in place. Definitely need two free hands for that. I would not want to step over the gate either if used for the staircase while carrying my baby. I don’t think we’ll use this gate for the baby, unfortunately it won’t securely work for any of the spaces it said it would in our house and we don’t need it for any of the doorframes. I’d only recommend this gate for use as a stationary gate that you don’t mind stepping over and only in a doorframe if you want it to be pressure mounted and not use any hardware.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a sturdy gate that will keep kids and pets from going where they are not supposed to be. The hard plastic is not flimsy but is flexible to fit between different size door frames. Takes 10 seconds or less to install.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I think its most important thing and the most safety thing to your little nugget to have when your baby start to crawl and walk its easy to install and it last for your next baby and you may give to your niece or nephew when your kids are growing up its designed to be really easy and fast to use highly recommended 👌

We have an open pantry, so our son likes to grab any and all snacks, so this gate works really well to keep in front so he can’t get into everything. Installing the gate was very easy and I’m not worried about it falling over because it uses a lot of pressure. The handle is a nice feature that makes setting up and taking down easy, but it’s a little finicky with how you have to twist it a little to unhook it, that I almost feel like I’m going to break it sometimes.

The fact that it can be securely mounted to the wall gives us real peace of mind, knowing it will stay firmly in place even with daily use. The handle design is fantastic—easy enough for our older kids to open and close on their own, but still secure enough to keep our curious toddler and dogs safely where they need to be. The only issue is that it is not great using on an uneven staircase but would probably have better functionality in a doorway. Unfortunately, I needed the gate at the bottom of a stair. I will make it work!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Oofda. The Toddleroo By North States is not a baby gate I would recommend. It is affordable but it feels very cheap. I had a hard time putting it together, the instructions were a bit tricky to follow and led me to apply some of the foam pads the wrong direction and was unable to fix them because they began to pull apart. The trouble with the foam and instructions could be user error but this wasn’t my only issue. When I locked the gate in place I thought I was going to break the crank and my husband thought the same thing when he unlocked it. I expect the repeated pressure of placing the gate would cause the plastic to stress and crack if not snap completely. I did like the hight as I could step over and I don’t think my youngest could climb over. There is also an option to place the gate with a hinge which could be very useful but I specifically chose this gate because I wanted a removable option. I do not plan on continuing to use the gate despite receiving it for free in exchange for my review. It isn’t worth the hassle.

The only concern is the chance the lock might break down the road from repeated use. Have not had a single issue so far.

We haven’t mounted it yet, but have been using it with the pressure mount and it has worked great for us. Easy to install and it works well containing our 2 kids and 2 dogs.

Made out of plastic but durable. Safety feature on this is the handle which unlocks the gate. Special instructions on how to install it if it is on a staircase. It is kind of hard to unlock as an adult but doable. Pretty versatile since it can be installed on almost any room entrance.
