misprint or confusing framework? Pages do not lay flat
This appears to be printed out of order, or perhaps just done in a confusing way. There's no clear explanation or structure in this planner, but it appears that there should be. The book consists mostly of undated daily and weekly pages. The weekly pages are every 7 days, hopefully. I didn't check all the way through. There's no real sense of what week or month you're on. No monthly pages, weeks are undated and unnumbered. There's no week start. The review appear every 7 days and can be left or right, which makes it hard to locate them or track what week you're on, or overall progress over 6 months. There appear to be workbook style pages every two months but not done in a useful way. The pages have prompts that could be useful for creating a plan that you could intentionally work on via the daily and weekly pages, but they appear at the end of every two months where you would review progress, instead of at the start. So 8 weeks into the planmer you stumble across 30 day self care goal setting pages. There is no review at the end of 30 days. You would think they would either be printed every 30 days or intended for a period of two months. About four months into the planner there is another set of workbook pages related to gratitude. And at the end of the palnner there are workbook pages for affirmations, which doesn't seem useful at that point. It seems logical that these would be structured as goal setting pages earlier in the planner.

Love this planner! It tracks water intake, gratitude lists, affirmations, moods, etc… it includes a weekly review spread, also. There are fun surprise exercises to try every few weeks, this is a fun and motivational daily planner!

Can't wait to go through it ^_^
It has daily check ins and weekly check ins where you can track your goals/objectives/wellness and monitor your progress, so as to encourage gratitude and mindfulness. It also has monthly activities with journaling prompts, which are more thorough, alongside an inspirational quote. The reason why I gave it four stars instead of five is because I feel that it is too big to lug around and wish that it came in a hardcover rather than paperback, since it felt rather flimsy.

I love this journal! Inside pages have great prompts, it is easy to use and I especially love the daily check-in pages. I take about 5-10 minutes in the morning and at night to write in my journal. One of my favorite journals I've purchased!
