Scratched up and sensor doesnt work well
For context I ordered this lamp twice. The first time I purchased this lamp I went to pick it up and it was already scratched up. I canceled the order and ordered again at another store location and that lamp was also scratched. I decided to keep it and just make due. However, after using it for a few days, I've noticed that the touch sensor is very finicky and does not always work properly. I'll tap it multiple times in the same area and it will work every so often (or even randomly turn on). Like the design a lot but very disappointed with my experience.

Use on low, non-shiny table
This lamp fits a particular niche that I think impacts how enjoyable it is. If you have a low side table or coffee table, with a surface that is more matte than shiny, this lamp will fit right in. If you like the touch style, this one is great because you can touch any part of the lamp to light it up. Like others have recommended, it is probably best to pick this item up in person rather than ship it, as the material can get scratched if not properly packaged. The cord is long, but can be tied up if you don’t need that much length. With a very warm light, it gives off an orange glow that is perfect.

At this point am officially a table lamp collector…
Among all the other target table lamp options this one wasn’t on my current 5 table lamp wish list, for no other reason other 1) I really don’t need anymore lamps 😩😅. 2) it didn’t really stand out from online pics. But all that changed when I saw a TT diy tutorial for this lamp glow up 🪄✨ … and since I didn’t have to take a chance with shipping it was available at my local store on sale 9/10 recommend… It’s has some weight to it, the touch feature is pretty cool, it works with standard size lightbulbs. Am using it with a Phillips smartbulb which is dimmable but not really needed since the light is an ambient downward lighting. and Yes it can easily dent/scratch up so hopefully based the negative reviews target is taking additional shipping precautions. it’s MCM perfect!

A HIGH END steal. It's quality (and I am a lamp snob :) - the touch turn on is fab. The brass is pretty/ does not look cheap - the covered cord is elevated. I only buy target if I think it can pass. This one does.

Necessary parts missing
I was so excited for the green version of this lamp. I placed an order for pickup and went and picked it up. Since I didn't know exactly how it was supposed to be assembled, I didn't realize until I got home that it was missing a vital part. Without it I cannot connect the top and bottom pieces together. So I will sadly have to return. It is GORGEOUS though - I hope I can find another in stock somewhere and leave a five-star review, but for the time being, I am very disappointed. I am saying I would recommend only because I would if I'd gotten all the necessary parts.
