Its base is impact-bonded with three layers, consisting of an inner layer of 18/10 stainless steel, an aluminum core for conductivity and even heat distribution, and magnetic stainless steel outer layer. It adds both beauty and performance to everyday cooking! The precision cast riveted stainless steel handles are riveted onto the stock pot to give you that solid reliability you want when handling large amounts of food. The stock pot with stainless steel lid is dishwasher-safe, oven-safe up to 500°F (260°C) and compatible with all cooktops, including induction. Q: I would like to buy a Tramontina pot that has an 11 inch diameter and is 11 inches in height. Which pot would you recommend?

A: The closest to those dimensions would be the 22 QT Stock pot, 12" diameter and 11" height, which is not available at this time. The next option is the 24 QT, which is 12" diameter by 12.3" height. this is available at Target. Thank you for your inquiry!. help.tusa@tramontina.com

I'm Impressed!
Well, so far, I'm really pleased with this pot! It's really sturdy and beautiful. It's trial run was 24 hours simmering my chicken stock. It handled it without batting an eye! I feel like it could handle anything. I also really love the size. It's big enough to need to be stored in It's box in the garage, but that's okay. It can handle my big batches of sauces for canning. I'm pretty sure I could just fit a turkey in here sideways for stock... probably.

This is a very high quality stockpot, It can fit a turkey carcass ( which is why I purchased it), for turkey soup. I will enjoy using it!

Excellent quality at a fair price!
I recently purchased an induction range and needed a stock pot that was induction compatible. This one works beautifully. It has a thick bottom so big pots of soup, etc. cook evenly and don’t stick. This is my second piece of Tramontina cookware (I also have an enameled 7 qt. Dutch Oven) and I’m thrilled with both.

Best stock pot I've ever owned
Beautiful pot. Handles are sturdy and easy to hold and easy to clean. Wide instead of tall, making the pot itself easier to clean. Heavy weight provides for even-temperature cooking. Used twice now for making broth. Does not stain as long as you hand dry with a towel.

Convenient Size
I really like the gourmet line of stock pots. Starting off with the 24-quart size has served me well thus far for the amount of gumbo I make, but I needed one for smaller batches of other things that a 12-quart just won't accomodate. This 16-quart fits the bill perfectly.
