I’ve only had this headset for a week. The comfort levels are great, but when you spend a cumulative 5 hours diagnosing audio issues and then when you fix them you still get audio stutters and the audio just randomly going out it’s frustrating. In reality if you’re buying the Xbox version of this maybe it’s okay at best, but if you buy this version you will undoubtedly have issues this is not just an odd one out. The app does not work well, the transmitters feel like they work poorly, and the Bluetooth is a let down. Don’t get this.

Everything about this headsets been great, having the option to have music from your phone play at the same time as your game is amazing. They are also very comfortable and have a good battery life.

I ordered the turtle beach stealth 700 headset gen 3 after my last pair was damaged. I noticed that this device has not been working nearly as well as my last one. When listening to my computer by plugging in the usb pairing device I can only move a few feet away before the audio quality drops significantly or stops working altogether. I'm wondering if I was sent a defective device.

These are great. Had mine for 3 weeks now. Love the sound and all the things you can do with this headset. They are solid and feel strong. Comfortable to wear. Mic is crisp.

Confusing connection indicators (lights on usb sticks). Confusing power controls (whether turned on or off). Issues with multi PC switch (two usb sticks) - if one stick was ejected while headphones were connected to it, they don’t switch to the working one and are stuck in non-working mode. Randomly stop working sometimes until reconnection

Compared to my old headset, the sound is amazing! I love being able to hear everything. The guns and the sound they make when fired is very clear. You can hear the difference in each weapon. The sound of the impact of each bullet is different. Footsteps and direction are great!

Audio is really good and works well with my glasses!

Love the Stealth 700’s long lasting battery life and even the seamless Bluetooth to my phone simultaneously. Only downside is the headphone cups are like a “leather” so they trap heat and make the area sweaty

Slightly bulky, and wish it had the floating headband from the 500 but other than that it’s great with nice noise cancellation and audio quality.

They don’t quite fit my head comfortably and seems to be too many buttons maybe I need to get used to it but it’s eh

It improved my gaming and no more lag when talking

Best headset ive had. "Superhuman hearing mode" is a little lack luster as it changes the whole headset audio so my friends voices sound off. And the wireless USB connection can get real finicky through walls, but I mean your wired headset cant go thru walls either. The Bluetooth connection to your phone is excellent. Battery lasts a whole week of me using the headset for near 14 hours a day. Dont have any real complaints, overall its amazing.

Everything except the mic quality is better. . I opinion the mic on the stealth 700 Max gen 2. . was better. Everything else is :+1::skin-tone-4:

While the audio quality is satisfactory. I am extremely disappointed with some serious issues I am having. Summary of issues (what I’m experiencing now): Volume dial does not work (on the PC in Windows): The issue was resolved for a couple days. Just yesterday I had to redo all the steps to reset and recover. Transmitter LED: One of the transmitters no longer lights or blinks when plugged into any of my PC’s USB ports. It is recognized by the PC during the Swarm II reset/recover process but it does not show any LED activity at all no matter what is happening. It is not plugged in all the time. The Headset “sleep” effect: After a minute or two of no audio, the headset seems to go into a sleep/low-power state even though the battery is fully charged. I have to press the headset connect button (lower-left ear housing) to "wake" it up, and that does not always work. This is similar to a computer going to sleep and you press a key/mouse to wake it. When the attempt fails I have to completely reconnect. It’s intermittent and VERY frustrating. If this is a "feature", it is useless and I would like to turn it off if possible! I am currently communicating with TB support. But that is painful to as all comms are through email, which can be challenging. This device will stay at two stars unless we get all issues addressed.

Awesome headset sound quality is really good and good Bluetooth and game volume mix but sometimes when I flip my mic up to mute I flip it back down and I can nolonger use voice chat till I power my headset off and on again
