I grabbed them because my muscles have been feeling stiff lately, and work stress hasn’t exactly helped. After about a week, I started noticing I wasn’t waking up as sore, and I felt a little more mellow during the day. Nothing dramatic, but enough to tell it’s doing something. Plus, no weird side effects or stomach issues, which is a win in my book. It’s not some magic fix, but as a daily support thing, it’s been a nice little boost. I’d recommend giving it a shot if you’re looking for an easy way to support your body and chill out a bit.

I'm not sure what's going on with this test, but it won't let me submit and I've tried 3 times yesterday. All other tests were submitted fine, but this one I'd aggravating. I tried the tylenol, it's fine, bit hometesterclub.com needs to fix this issue as I've had this happen twice now.

I think I did see a difference in the muscle issue I was having after taking this for about 2 weeks, not sure if I felt any stress relief.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I took the Tylenol Proactive Support for Muscle and Joints but I didn't notice much of a difference in my sore joints after one week of use. I'm still determined to keep using the product to see if it helps long term, but I still have pain in my hips and knees that has not improved. I have not noticed any improvement in flexibility either.

I am seeing a much better outcome with my knees just by taking this pill over two weeks, consistency is a key for the best result. To mention its proactive support just for your body won’t get overwhelming stress and feel better and healthier. I would recommend trusted brand of Tylenol supplement as I am happy with my joints and it bring me ease and comfort.

The pills were easy to swallow with no aftertaste and within about five days I started feeling a difference in my knees, especially when I went up and downstairs. I will definitely keep trying it and have already ordered a second bottle. It’s magic in a bottle.

I am definitely a believer in the benefits of turmeric, though my stomach seems to be sensitive to most forms of it. Unfortunately this form did upset my stomach, though that could possibly be because I am already taking another turmeric supplement. However, if you're not as sensitive or aren't already taking any turmeric supplements, I would definitely recommend trying this one, especially because it is from a reputable brand.

The ingredients: Calcium - while important is only 50mg which is only 4% of what you should take daily and calcium does help, muscle or joint pain, nor stress. Tamarind & Turmeric - which the bottle says "Clinically shown to improve joint comfort and flexibility in 5 days." But the bottle also says, "Take only as directed. For occasional stress." So, is it for muscle and joint pain or not? Sceletium Extract - Promotes calmness to help your body manage occasional stress. It doesn't say it's clinically proven or not, so again, I just don't know if it actually does anything. I took the pills for a week. I did not notice any changes -- good or bad. If it were a little more clear exactly what this is supposed to help, I might continue taking it. But for now, I won't.

This is not something that I would recommend or buy again.

I appreciate that the ingredients like turmeric and other natural plants were used. I can not say 100 percent that I have seen results or changes. I'm going to finish my bottle so far I have taken it for 7 days. It may be one of those things that I notice I need when I've stopped taking it for a while.

I don’t know if you need a certain amount of air space in a bottle to keep the pills fresh or not but there was a lot of wasted space/plastic in this bottle. I had stopped taking my usual glucosamine(not prescribed to me) and started this supplement. I’m not sure I noticed a difference in my joint discomfort, which is generally mild. I would say I was a little less stressed than usual. I’ll keep taking this and see if I notice any improvement after the whole bottle is gone. I’m not sure if I’d buy this again.
