Simply perfect
Ok here’s the deal. Typhur insta probe is bulletproof! I have had the insta probe for about 9 months and used it regularly for perfectly temped meats. Recently, it disappeared after roasting chicken breasts. After the arduous search, it was located in the back yard, all but destroyed by one of our golden retrievers. I was in the verge of tossing it in the garbage when I decided to test the probe. Amazingly it still worked and was dead on accurate (temp verified by Typhur dual sync probe). You have a customer for life!!

2 years to break!
I bought mine a couple years ago. I’ve loved it. Recently it broke the probe off so we will see how the warranty is. Body just disintegrated around the probe. Still works though! So we will see. But I am buying a couple more.!

The one to get!
It was always a challenge to get internal temperatures accurate on my steaks while grilling because my meat thermometer took so long to reach the actual temperature I was never sure if it was even accurate…..The typhur core is AWESOME! Internal temperature in under a second! I’m telling you it’s worth every penny. Be sure to get the core version because it’s the latest version where they added rubber coating to the magnet, a tip protector, and it’s smudge resistant! Couldn’t be happier (this is the one to get!)

Instant read the thermometer
I got this on sale mainly because it was cheaper to buy it with the quad thermometer than to buy the quad Alone. Once I received it, I was really impressed with the quality. I really like the magnets and lock feature as well as the lit screen. I have had a thermopem for over 10 years that has been great But I expect this will get more use going forward.

Solid Probe
This is the king of my probe arsenal. It feels and looks many steps above the norm. I checked it against 3 others and it works great. I love that you can press a button and hold the temperature. This allows you to remove it from an oven or grill without losing the actual detected temp before you can see it.
