Unbleached All Purpose Flour - 5lbs - Good & Gather™

Love that it’s unbleached flour! Shipped in a plastic bag to avoid getting other items dirty. Did move around during shipping to damage the boxes of other items in my order, but when you order random items altogether that’s to be expected. Price is great compared to other stores too!

Absolutely terrible. Second bag I’ve had baking issues with. Consistency of flour seemed off fo both bags. I usually feed my sourdough starter with AP flour (normally King Arthur brand), but decided to use this to save a few bucks. My thriving starter turned to soup,..hoping it’s not completely dead. None of my other baked goods like this flour either. Cookies and quick breads just don’t rise the same. Back to KA I go.

Don't buy online. Full of bugs. Buy in store. This is the only flour I buy because it is the only one that my child with multiple food allergies can handle. I love this flour. Just sad.

Shocked to see the price of this flour has gone up especially with all the bad reviews. It’s okay for the price but to raise it almost a dollar for basic flour quality is disappointing

Terrible flour. First bag had bugs, second bag I used for baking all of my son’s cupcakes for his birthday. Thought it was a fluke that they weren’t as tall as they normal are. Tried the flour with a sourdough loaf and sourdough English muffins. My loaf was terrible and my English muffins never rose. Tried a new brand of flour and my sourdough loaves and English muffins have been prefect. This flour did feel more crumbly than other brands so not sure if that’s the difference. Don’t buy if you’re a serious baker. It will mess up whatever you’re trying to make.

It was expired and old with bugs inside the flour yet on the date it said expires 2026 like??? Make it make sense?

Love this flour but picked up my drive up order and two bags are split..looks like from a box cutter. Cannot return as drive up so don’t think I’ll be back in the store. Hate this new policy!!!

I’m not happy how my package was delivered. Several items were damaged. I’m assuming the box was dropped in the process of delivering. Flour was open and spilled over my other items

After reading reviews about bugs being in the flour, I looked through and used fine mesh strainer before putting it in the container. Thankfully no bugs. Hope everyone gets a good one without bugs

Just got two of these packages two days ago. I poured one and a half bags into my storage container, used for a large batch of cake batter. ONLY TO FIND BUGS CRAWLING AROUND IN THE FLOUR TODAY. I'm never trusting Target's groceries as this is one of many instances where i've received something spoiled. I Decided to stop purchasing dairy and vegetables as they would be spoiled right away. But pantry items i thought would be safe??? This is absurd.

I have used this for several years, never had any problems with it, ordered the most recent one in February, just used the last of it. I like this better than regular all purpose flour, it is heartier.
