Wt loss tea
I would like to make a disclaimer regarding being unfamiliar with this type of tea to aid in wt loss, because I love Swanson products. With that said, I have not experienced any additional benefit by adding the tea to my other wt loss efforts. It could be the way I am using it. I often put a tea bag in a bottle of water, and drink some throughout the day. I have experienced some loose stools, at which time I just back off a bit.

easy and effective
I purchased this product to replace Senna in tablet form and found out that it acts much faster and more effectively that the tablets. Two tea bags is equal to 6 tablets!
