Q: Will these tablets still work as well as the gels if they're diphenhydramine free? I cannot take the gels due to the gelatin in them, but the gels were highly recommended.

A: Gels have 50mg and tablets have 25mg. Diphenhydramine and Doxylamine are both 1st-gen antihistamines; latter with a longer half-life and actually more effective for insomia. I only need 12.5mg.

One tab, a glass of water, and I was out. 💤 I slept uninterrupted and woke up actually feeling refreshed and clear. Not sluggish. Not foggy. Just…rebooted. This isn’t something I’d use daily, but when I’m in a cycle of rough sleep or anxious tossing and turning, this is absolutely one of those “when you need it, it works” products. ✅ Non-habit forming ✅ Small easy-to-take pill ✅ No morning hangover ✅ Slept like a cozy little boulder Oh...and yes, I was so curious that I recorded myself sleeping for proof. The activity ingredient is Doxylamine succinate, which is an antihistamine that we all know helps you sleep. These work well for me and cause no drowsiness thr next morning, which is a plus. I haven't noticed any side effects, but I take as needed not every single night.

I still wake up in the night but at least they have made it much easier to get to sleep initially. I haven't noticed any side effects or issues with them.

Pretty fast and I stayed asleep all night. I really did not have any side. Effects in the morning, I felt pretty refreshed packaging the pretty simple and straightforward.
