Q: Is the hand lotion thick or thin?

A: quick answer: yes. It's the thickness and consistency of aquaphor, if you've used that before. It's clear-ish like neosporin and amazing for the winter. It's absolutely wonderful, if you are an eczema sufferer, like myself. It is an absolute MUST if you ski/snowboard and deal with windburn. It's gentle enough to use on extremely sensitive cracked skin. The fragrance-free version of this hand cream is truly fragrance-free. This is what I grab when I have an eczema flare up but don't need my super expensive medicated stuff.

BEWARE! they've changed it again!
My most recent purchase of the fragrance-free Norwegian formula hand cream reveals that you've changed the product again. It now smells like window cleaner, and it's not actually hand cream but a greasy substance that left a burning sensation on my hands. I had to wash it off! I'll never understand why companies take a tried-and-true product that works perfectly and destroys it for the sake of the bottom line. Sad that after decades, I have to find a replacement hand cream.

Great winter cream
Neutrogena Norwegian formula is fantastic for my poor winter hands. They crack and bleed and this is a great cream to use. It does not have a scent and it absorbs right into your skin. Using it a couple times a day helps my poor hands in the winter.
