Been taking for over a week. Still lay in bed for 3 hours before falling asleep then only sleep for 2-3 hours at a time before waking up for a couple hours before falling g back asleep

It was the first time in forever that I slept for more than three hours straight at night. I sleep straight for six hours and fell asleep easily. I also really liked how the gummies tasted and the texture. For me, they were more of a soft chew gummy versus a hard to chew one, which I liked much better. I have already ordered more online.

They also leave a very gross and dry after taste in your mouth and on your tongue which I cannot stand! Otherwise, they work wonders! I take one and with in 30 mins to an hour, I feel my body relaxing and eyes getting heavy. I am out like a light all night long and wake up ready to go in the morning .
