My experience i hope different than most . I had an issue with it disconnecting randomly from my ps5 but then found my hdmi cable end was bent and replaced it and haven't had a REAL issue with it since . It's awesome so my hardware was probably the issue still don't know what was wrong but this controller is super responsive . I love it it the battery on it is superior to the stock controller or the edge i don't use the speaker or vibration so im not paying for stuff I don't use , I bought this because I HATE the playstation controller configuration for the sticks so I can basically turn this into an Xbox "feeling" controller at will and being at the top of the food chain i bend the environment to my will. In short order it's awesome buy it you won't be disappointed

I tried the instructions that Viele from tech support sent me and after many tries it seemed to fix the joy stick problem. She was very helpful. Then it had a scrolling problem. I did the reset and it seemed to work. When it did work for a short time I loved it. Now it's not working properly again. Can I send this one back and you please replace controller or refund my purchase so I can go to Best Buy and buy one. I love the APP for this controller, It's great! Also your Headsets are Awesome.

Well, I'm not much of a gamer per say, I play and wanted to upgrade a controller as it wasn't work well. This control has more thing than I need, but there it is. Now it doesn't make a better player, but my hands don't hurt after.

This controller is next level! Very responsive and you can control the sensitivty. Overall best controller buy ever. Love how I can customize the button layout as well! I got the bundle with the stealth 700 gen 3 headphones!

Bluetooth dongle stopped working. Wouldn’t connect after a couple weeks. Had to delete the app and reinstall. Buttons sometimes activate other buttons sometimes. It feels good in the hands and looks good. Just too bad it doesn’t work properly.

I’m tired of ps controllers because of stick drift. Decided to give this a try and so far I like it better than the ps controller.

I only bought the controller to make my teenager sons jealous! Lol! Controller works and feels great. Not sure if I would ever use all the features.

It a very sensitive controller which is good for fps shooters, still finding it weird to get used to the four buttons and the back, overall a very nice controller.

This controller is great and very smooth. My only critique for fighting games is if you guys could make separate buttons for the dpads instead of a dpad that has all 4 stuck together like the ds4, would be absolute perfection. Also have an options for no paddles in the back. Otherwise, an amazing controller!

It does everything promised. The material is lightweight yet you still feel like you’re holding a really good controller. It made friends with my PC without any issues. Overall really great experience.

Had to switch out the buttons. Don't like the mushy feeling they have as stock, but a simple swap and they're nice and clicky. I do wish they had more stick options like the elite 2. Overall a great controller.

I gifted this for my boyfriend on his birthday because he’s had his eyes on it. unfortunately not even 20 days later it was having issues turning on and connecting to the xbox and when we finally got it re set and connected the analog sticks wouldn’t respond and random buttons would have troubles as well.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This controller is amazing! My kids and I love using it. The quality feels premium and I love how customizable it is. It comes with different modules, thumbsticks, D pads, and even a full fight pad set up, all neatly stored in durable carrying case. The only thing we struggled with was connecting to the tv Bluetooth and use it without the cord. Definitely, one of the best controllers we have ever used!

The controller played really smoothly at first and a longer battery charge than the standard PlayStation controllers. But the R2 button gets stuck repeatedly. What’s the point of an expensive controller if you can’t enjoy it without issues for at least a week?

The device arrived broken. Wasn’t able to get customer support to help.

The 2. 4ghz doesn’t work properly, zero to none support for other platforms unless you have a pc to run the program, the Hall effect joysticks have a margin of 12. 3% error which is the same margin as a regular joystick, controller is also small for people with big hands like me, controller feels like hard plastic and cheap, no matter how many influencers you have on social media talking about this controller, I will say the same thing over and over again.
