Turtle beach
As my first gaming controller i had high expectations and this controller delivered the customization is the best part I habe it as a Xbox controller configuration and its so much better not having the analog stick right next to each other . The battery last forever as well hopefully it last a long time !

It didn't work wirelessly
I love this controller. Its so smooth and works great. But it only works wired. It will NOT connect to the dongle no matter what i do. I have updated everything and factory reseted everything on my controller and dongle, but it still only works wired. I am only left to believe that my controller is slightly defective. I should return it but that is too much of a hassle for me to go through.

Randomly disconnects making you turn the controller on and off. Wouldn't be a big issue if it only happened every now and then but it's constant, at least once every 30 minutes. Other than that the controller feels and plays great

I think it needs some work to do
It's pretty good but for like 5 days using it the r2 button is acting out like it sometimes don't work for some reason. I have to mess with it to make it work but it acts out so many times and I'm kind of worried that all the ones will start to act out the same.

upgraded to pro controller for free.
its a solid controller especially for what i got it for. i love the fact that u can flip the dpad and thumbstick layout for the SUPERIOR xbox design layout even with the ps version of the controller. My biggest issue is that their software does not work for me and i was going to freak out because i couldnt remap the back buttons which is super important for me. But i found out theres a hardware function on the controller that allows you to do just that so overall im happy with the controller. just get the software working properly and its a perfect star controller
