My routine is taking them right after dinner every evening. The fruit flavor and the texture of the gummy vites are appealing and make it easy and convenient to chew the vitamins. I guess the "Plus" means the included calcium but it only is 10% of your daily value of calcium content. These vitamins are adequate so they're not bad, but as a 60-year-old woman I prefer to have a daily vitamin that would also include iron and more calcium daily value content then what these provide,but it does provide sufficient vitamin A, vitamin C, vitamin D and B vitamins and Biotin which is good.
