Vitron-C is a high potency iron supplement formulated with Vitamin C to help your body better absorb iron. Using an iron supplement daily boosts energy by helping to fight fatigue in users with low iron levels* or iron-deficiency anemia. Causes awful burps
The burps are horrendous. Took my first one and never again. I wish this would hurry up and wear off. Feel like I could throw up. Drinking a lot of water does not help! Do not recommend.

Burps only temporary! Drink lots of water when taking and you'll barely notice.
For anyone who complains about the burps, I’ve been on these for over a year and the burping subsided after like two months. If you drink at least 8oz of water with it when you take it, the burps do not happen. This has been a life saver for my anemia and now I only have to take it twice a week !

Energetic but smelly?
I recently switched to this supplement when the store was out of my usual iron. I've been tasting this odd burnt rubber taste, when burping and sometimes even randomly while eating after I've taken it. I somehow didn't make the connection until today, and just realized it's definitely only after I've taken this that I'm having that awful taste. When I saw other reviews complaining of the exact same thing it gave me peace of mind knowing something's not seriously wrong with me lol. We will see how effective it is because if it does make me feel better and feel more energized I will put up with the taste although it's not ideal. I want to know why it's like this.

Hello fellow burpers!
Literally checked the reviews after taking my pill because I thought surely I can’t be the only one burping. My doc recommended Vitron C because I was having terrible reflux taking my iron pills with orange juice. While I’m not sure of the efficacy of Vitron C, I can absolutely say for sure that, after 4 pills, I’m ready to move on to something else.

Smelly burps
The burp issues are real. I was trying to figure out why I was getting a terrible taste in my mouth when I burped. And my husband of 24 years just told me I had the worst smelling burp I’ve ever had in our time together. Since taking these was the only new thing in the last few weeks, I checked the reviews and saw that others were saying the same thing. It’s so bad I’m actually going to toss the rest out and get separate iron and vitamin c supplements.

Gross Burps
As others have mentioned, these gave me terrible burps; bad enough that I won’t be taking them anymore after less than a week. I haven’t had the same issue at all when taking iron and vitamin C separately so I’m unsure why this one causes that.

Disgusting burps
I switched to these iron pills because it had vitamin c in it. I took it for 4 days and had awful heartburn and burped a lot. The burps smelled terrible and made me want to throw up. Idk what exactly it is but these weren't the iron pills for me.

Interesting side effect
My Dr prescribed/ recommended that I take this brand after my labs came back with low ferritin. I took the first one today and am noticing burps that smell like burning rubber. That was a surprise to me... I may just take on my WFH days. I sure hope it helps me with energy!
