[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The shampoo left my hair very dry. I double shampoo normally but with this I had to triple shampoo before getting that ‘squeaky clean’ feeling. It did leave my hair feeling clean but very dry after. You definitely need conditioner after this. I think that’s how it manages to get that thickening look.

It makes my hair extremely soft, and all my “fly aways” have gone!! My husband noticed a difference, and it’s so much easier to brush! I have naturally straight and thin hair, so I’d love it to have more thickness to it, BUT I love how this makes my hair feel!!

I have been experiencing hair loss, but now I can see the baby hairs sprouting! The shampoo comes in pink packaging, with dark pink marine based graphics to represent the marine collagen and seaweed in the ingredients. It's a simple bottle, but easy to differentiate from the conditioner as it has a different colour way. It smells fruity and fresh, and lathers well. I was also pleasantly surprised concerning the price, I thought it would be much more expensive than it is.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is the first time iv used this brand of shampoo and conditioner purely to see about the thickening aspect as I have a bit of thinning and wanted to try. It’s early days to see any thickening after a couple of weeks but as a shampoo and conditioner go it’s different from anything I’ve ever tried it’s got a light fresh fragrance not overpowering but clean with a hint of maybe cucumber it almost lathers like a light foam but really feels as if it’s getting onto and cleaning scalp and rinses of totally same with the conditioner! Sometimes I feel no matter how many times a rinse on some shampoos it leaves a coating when drying with this brand seems it’s nice light clean and fresh with not that waxy feeling like it’s not been rinsed right so for that reason I will continue on in the hope that it thickens too!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’ve been using the Viviscal Thickening Shampoo for several weeks now and the first thing I noticed was the light, pleasant scent and how easily it lathers—even though it doesn’t go super foamy. My hair feels cleaner at the roots and seems to have a little more “lift” than before, which is nice since my roots tend to flatten out fast. That said, if I had to pick one caveat, it’s that I didn’t see dramatic thickening overnight—there’s a noticeable subtle improvement in fullness rather than a big volume jump.
