Think Zen. VOTIV 4, the smaller of the VOTIV series will still leave you glowing. Two ultrasonic humidification settings can be used with or without the candle-like illumination. With up to 15 hours of continuous runtime, you won’t have to fill VOTIV 4’s tank often – but when you do, we’ve made that experience elegant. A cruelty-free microfiber handle makes it easy to transport VOTIV’s tank to the sink, and a sleeved basin minimizes spillage upon return. A: The manual has full details and recommendations on frequency of cleaning. It can be found on the Vornado website under help. Turn humidifier off, unplug from wall and disconnect the adapter from the base. Warning: Do not submerge humidifier in water. No part of the unit is dishwasher safe. 2. Remove the water tank and empty any remaining water in the base. 3.Gently wipe down and clean the water tank with a mild detergent. Rinse with clean tap water. 4.Locate the ultrasonic disk on the inside center of the base. Put 5-10 drops of vinegar on the surface of the ultrasonic disk. Wait for 2-5 minutes. Use soft-tipped cotton swab to gently clean the disk. Do not scrub or scrape the ultrasonic disk. Note: Do not use gasoline, thinners, solvents or other chemicals for cleaning. 5. Clean water basin using a soft damp cloth or soft-tipped cotton swab. Do NOT rinse or submerge the base into water. 6. Wipe the outer surface of the unit with a soft, damp cloth if needed.

Poor function
Nice looking but doesn’t work well. The water vapor just flows out and around the unit causing water to puddle on the table. If the vapor shot up into the air like the picture shows it would be great. I will be returning.

Leaky, cumbersome design.
This is a very cumbersome design. There is a strap on the actual water container, which makes it difficult to get the cover over. This leaks everywhere. Seriously, have a thick bath towel on hand. Returning this because it should not be this difficult to use a humidifier and require cleanup.

The only sound it makes is a slight hum & some little water noises, nothing that would be noticeable in a busy room but would be soothing in a quiet one.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] After using this the last few weeks it has become my favorite humidifier! It is very easy to set up and last throughout the night with one fill. I love that there is a light that you can turn off while still running the humidifier. The noise level is very small, I don’t even notice it. This has helped with the dry air as we’ve transitioned into the cooler months and it will continue to be used daily in our house !

Pretty design
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a pretty humidifier! Which is rare for a humidifier. I love the design and how it adds to the decor rather than taking away from aesthetics. It is surprisingly easy to clean, which is important to me. Two problems. Very little actual water output. I had it on high for 14 hours and this small tank was still 1/3 of the way full. Maybe if you are working from home and are using it to keep a small space mildly humid, this would be perfect. I also worry because the voltage adapter gets very hot after even 10 minutes of being plugged in.

Functional and pretty humidifier

I love how lightweight it is yet it puts out a good amount of moisture into the air. The added feature of the light is so pretty with the frosted glass cover. There are 4 different levels and the light is not required (although I prefer it). It is extremely quiet also. I am extremely satisfied and would purchase again

Didn't work well
It just dumped vaporized water all around it and none of it went into the air. It made everything next to it on the nightstand just wet. I had to return it.

Tiny device, large output!
I admit, when I first bought the item I was hesitant because of how small the device was. When I plugged it in, however, I was shocked by how large the mist was that came out of it! It’s a total space saver and does the job! Mist settings in the photos are on LOW. I can only imagine how much humidity it can put into the air when placed on high.

Perfect humidifier with nightlight
