My under 3# pup is active and hated the collar she got from her breeder. We got this in xxxs and it's perfect. She'll outgrow this one day become about 11 # at maturity. She loves this one. Comfy, easy to put on when she squirms and very safe. She runs in the yard happier now. She almost choked on thst first collar because she was biting it! Her a harness for your loved cats/dogs.
