I'm a first time pik user so I had no idea what I was doing but there was water all over the mirror, the counter, and I was soaked before I figured out how to use this. My previous Water Pik developed a leak in the hose so I bought this model to replace it. Compared to the other model, this one barely has enough power to clean my teeth. I keep it at the highest setting. Very disappointed.
