    Recent change in packaging?

    Have only used water wipes on my 2 babies in the past 3 years and this box has been horrible. Every single pack has ripped from the first time I’m opening it. I can’t store them anywhere that I usually do without them leaking or drying out. Did the packaging recently change or did I get a defective box? Extremely disappointing when I’m a long time, loyal buyer.

    Defective packaging!

    We have been using water wipes consecutively for 6+ years and love them. Every once in a while the packaging slightly rips when you take them out. This huge pack I just bought is defective. Every single pack rips in half when you take the wipes out for the first time. Now I have to keep every single pack in a baggy or they will get all over my bag or dry out. It wasn't just one pack, every single one I've opened does this. So frustrating. I reached out to water wipes but never heard back.

    Actual Sensitive Skin Wipes

    My 8 month old seems to be sensitive to most other sensitive wipes, but these ones don’t make his skin all red! I do wish the packaging had the click-top openings, but I guess the tape style probably keeps in more moisturizer overall. And I wish they were bigger and thicker as I am used to the thickness and sturdiness of the RICO wipes. BUT they get the job done and don’t irritate my baby’s skin!

    Great wipe, TERRIBLE packaging

    First off, the wipe itself is 5 stars. We've used these wipes for almost four years and they are wonderful on sensitive skin! Sadly, something has changed in the last few months with packaging and it tears immediately so that you cannot properly reclose them and they are constantly exposed to air. So the packaging gets a 1 star (or 0 stars if I could) - until they fix it, let's just say I'm super disappointed in the brand.
