WaterWipes Sensitive+ Newborn & Baby Wipes, 3-In-1 Cleans, Cares, Protects, 99.9% Water, Unscented & Hypoallergenic

Firstly, I want to reassure you that nothing, absolutely nothing, matters more to us than you or your baby’s skin. Our company was started because of a father’s concern for his daughter’s sensitive skin so we know how important this is to parents and people who use our products daily. You can find this information on every pack, trace amounts of Benzalkonium Chloride end up in our product as a result of the manufacturing process of the fruit extract. The level that exists in WaterWipes is extremely small and has no impact on safety of the product. Our wipes contain 0.1% fruit extract which in turn contains trace amounts of Benzalkonium Chloride so the overall content in the finished pack is negligible. To give you an idea, it can also be found in traces within Children’s nasal drops, Children’s plasters and some Baby bum creams. Benzalkonium Chloride is deemed safe by the EU Cosmetics Regulation at levels of 0.1% (EC 1223/2009). As our product contains a fraction of this maximum limit, within the fruit extract which makes up for 0.1% of our product, it is safe for newborn babies and furthermore is fully compliant with the regulations. Given the negligible amount of Benzalkonium Chloride in our product, it is not classed as an ingredient. But we believe in this day and age that companies owe it to their customers to declare information beyond what they are legally obliged to. We pride ourselves on making wipes that are gentle to use on new born baby’s skin. Our wipes have been accepted by the National Eczema Association (USA) and Allergy UK, who only approve products suitable for use on sensitive skin. Whilst cotton wool and water is a suitable method for cleaning babies during nappy changes, the Skin Health Alliance has validated that WaterWipes baby wipes are a purer method of cleaning for parents looking for an alternative solution. Regarding the thickness or strength of our wipes - in 2023 we decided to remove the plastic from the material and move to a plant based alternative. We appreciate customers found this weekend the strength and the felt thinner, so this year we launched an update to our wipes making them stronger and thicker.
