WeeSprout 100% Silicone Reusable Food Storage Bags - Set of 7 (Four 4 Cup Bags and Three 6 Cup)

Unfortunately, the negative reviews are on point. I really really really wanted to like these bags. I like the concept of the other brand name silicone bag not to be named in this review, but those are so expensive. These seemed like an economical alternative. But unfortunately these are a swing and miss. The other reviewers are right that the bags arrive with the insides completely stuck together. I was able to pry the insides apart without ripping. However, they just end up getting stuck back together. You can pry them apart up until the very bottom when they just won’t stay open. So really, you lose 1/3 to 1/2 of the bag capacity. Even with putting heavy things inside, the bottom of the bag would not stay open. It just suctions right back together. So you’re trying to shove food in the bag, all while wrestling against the bottom of the bag from sucking and sticking together. Extremely frustrating. you will not be able to stand this bag up and prop it open to wash it or put things inside. You will have to fight with it until the very end when you put the zip top on. The tendency to stick together and suction also makes washing these bags a nightmare. They will not prop open or stand up as I said. So you have to fight with them to stay open to wash them. Then they will not stay propped up on your counter to dry, so you have to find a long stick of some sort to hang them on inside down to dry. The design of the zip top quite frankly stinks. There’s an entirely separate piece that you have to slide on to seal the bag. This piece is made out of plastic. So these bags aren’t entirely silicone. Sometimes this top is really hard to slide back on even when you have it aligned correctly (there is a little arrow telling you where to go). Having to constantly remove this top and slide it back on every time you use the bags is cumbersome and annoying. Plus, if you misplace the plastic part, the entire bag is worthless. For all of its inconvenience, it doesn’t even make a leak proof seal. honestly, every time I use these, I feel angry. Wish I would’ve just bought the expensive brand. I do own one of those those expensive brands bags and it is a completely different experience.

These bags are a great value. They perform well and make it so much easier to avoid single-use plastics. They also turn inside out for easy cleaning. I ordered several boxes of these bags, and one of the bags ripped as I was unboxing them. I contacted WeeSprouts, and they quickly responded to my message and sent a replacement set. Their customer service is excellent, and they stand behind their products. I would not hesitate to order these again despite this issue.

The sealing clip is a bit firm, stiff hard for my hands to grip and seal but otherwise a nice quality product.

These are pretty frustrating to use. The bag sticks together and you have to peel it apart each use. They are super heavy and take up a lot of storage room. Lastly, they are very difficult to open and close. It takes a lot of strength and it’s quite frustrating. Not sure I would buy again.

Great customer service. One of the bags had a small hole in the bottom. They apologized for the defect and sent me a whole new set. So far very satisfied. Used them to hold soup and there’s no leakage.

These bags are very hard to open and close. One of them ripped when I was trying to open it. The cups I bought from weesprout cracked the minute my child dropped it. I would not recommend these products. I also reached out about the cups to the company but never heard back.

The bags are good for holding various item. I would say the silicone is difficult to wash and separate as it sticks together. The bags do stand up to help put items inside.

I LOVE them! Exactly what I needed to replace disposable plastic bags.
