Q: I have bought 2 different WW scales in the past. After about a year, they didn't work so good. Every time I would get on the scale, I would get a different reading. I tried replacing batteries and it still didn't help. Has that issue been fixed yet.

A:Â Remove the screw from the battery cover and remove the cover. Gently pull out the isolator tab. Ensure the batteries are installed correctly. Replace the battery cover and tighten the screw.

I brought this a week ago , this is my third scale. I've changed phones to get it to connect to WW. It's supposed to connect to my phone. The two should work together ( WW scale and my phone). Something is definitely wrong with their scales They don't connect to anything. This is my last time buying a Conair scale.

I purchased the Digital Glass Scale January 31, 2023 so I'm limited on time of use to let you know if the scale will stay as accurate and keep an excellent performance as well the elegant look as it was on the day I received it. I can not give comments on how well it keeps it's 5 star rating with longterm use. As it stands now I have no complaints and I'm fully satisfied up to date. I registered to have free coverage for 10 years on defective workmanship and materials, loved this offer.
