I got a bad one or don't know how to use?
I just bought this and was excited to put it on, its dry?? I tried wiping my hand with it to try and get product in the tip but the tip doesn't have anything, and it just oozes out at the base, "soft" my butt my eyelid is sore now from trying to apply this, it was a faded brown, I finally rubbed off what little I was able to apply because it wouldn't apply. I'm trying again, but otherwise going back to return it.

Faulty lid
Loved the liner until 3 weeks in the cap became possessed. It wont stay on. Therefore dried out. Pops off with high speed like a Jack in the Box. Until the packaging is fixed, I will not be buying this again.

Way too dry. Just utterly unusable, which is so sad since usually their products are great. I tried flipping the nib and everything, but to no avail. Came off in 13 seconds without rubbing, too, just fully melted away.

Fantastic Product
This product works perfectly. Based on failed experiences with other brands maybe I should tell you what it DOESN'T do. It doesn't dry up as you are drawing the line. As the applicator end keeps its shape you don't end up with occasional "oops" blobs. It doesn't smear. It doesn't disappear in spots by the end of the day. You actually have complete control over the line. (And here all along I thought it was me!)

Pretty brown liner
Super happy with the wings I'm able to make. The dark brown is soft and natural, and the tip is precise. I'd recommend this to all skill-levels, but it's a great tool for those just starting out with eyeliner!

Don't waste your money on this if you have hooded eyelids - the product smudges and will stick your eyelid to the skin underneath your eyebrows. Very uncomfortable, and will immediately smudge!

Defective cap
Bought this just over a month ago and after two to three uses, the cap just kept popping off on its own and was impossible to keep it closed. Ended up having to throw it away because it dried up.

Seriously, don't buy this. It's a great eyeliner, but despite all the reviews saying the same thing, they still haven't redesigned the product. There's a spring in the cap that launches it off, and never closes again. I had to smash the cap because I wanted to know why it wouldn't close. It's an awful design & waste of money.

Dont buy it
The tip is very hard and doesnt give enough color. It was fine by me bc Idont like my eyeliner to be too dark but eventually it gives you less and less pigment. Then at around 2-3 weeks the cap breaks and it wont stay on so the pen dries up by the next day. Useless.
