Yes it is! Our 5+ pack has knee/elbow pads that are OSFA (one size fits all). Just make sure to measure the circumference of your kiddos palm. The wristguards within this particular pack fits 15.5 -18cm (6-7 inches).

My son was so excited for these knee pads he started drawing on them on the way home. It was only once we got home I realized it was missing an elbow pad. He had only taken one elbow pad out to draw on and the other was nowhere to be found. The other pads had some dirt on them already so I think it was a returned item that didn’t have all the pieces. Very frustrated to have wasted money.

I usually trust Target to find high quality items at low prices. This one is low quality, low price, feels cheap and fake, not like real safety equipment. Beyond that: packaging says for kids 6+ but already too small for my almost 6YO. It has no description of how to use properly, and (minor issue) my set is missing a pen. I you want to protect your kiddo, purchase knee pads, elbow pads, and wrist guards at a sporting goods store.

These pads don't last after 6 times of use they have broken. The grommets are attached to a thin layer of fabric and ripped off halfway. So my daughter wasn't as protected for the rest of the day at her skateboard camp. I would not recommend these!
