Q: Can this mouse and Heyday keyboard use the same USB connector?

A: Hi, thanks for reaching out about Wireless Mouse - heyday. It is unlikely that a standard Heyday wireless mouse and a separate Heyday wireless keyboard can connect to the same single USB receiver. Each device most likely requires its own separate receiver plugged into a USB port. However, since many Heyday products also support Bluetooth, you may be able to connect one or both devices using your computer's built-in Bluetooth, which would not require using their USB receivers. I purchased this mouse primary for the color to match a new keyboard - loved that there was a sage green option! It's pretty much your standard mouse. The clicking does feel a little stiff and makes a more audible sound compared to other wireless mice, but otherwise a nice mouse to have. The fact that it has multiple ways to connect to a device is a huge benefit for the price, though I have not yet tried connecting it via Bluetooth.

Try changing the batteries!
Alright so lolol i’ve bought TWOOO of these because they die on me and will disconnect from my computer after a few months, so i bought another. It wasn’t until I came to write this (was going to be scathing, scandalous even bc i was mad) review that I realized the battery probably died so now that it has been changed and works again I can confidently say this is a 10/10 choice for an inexpensive mouse that comes in cute colors :,)

Functional but not my favorite
Mouse is ok- i have had better quality device before. Not crazy for the color selected. From far away it looks like chocolate, so everyone thinks you have candy in your hand. You can't use the mouse if you have a keyboard attached to your machine. It doesn't recognize both devices. The sensitivity is too much for my taste- i like it a bit slower- i may have been able to mess around with it but didn't feel like dealing with it. Overall, its functional not my favorite.
