Description

Developed in partnership with physicians, Withings Sleep is a sleep tracking device that delivers insights without the inconvenience of needing to wear anything. Our clinically-tested system is simply a lightweight mat placed under your mattress and works by using advanced sensors and technology to analyze your sleep. While you're having a normal night's sleep, Withings Sleep is able to detect and monitor crucial metrics such as sleep cycles (deep, light, and REM), heart rate, breathing disturbances and snoring.

Once you wake up, Withings Sleep automatically syncs all your data to the free Withings app via Wi-Fi where you can view your sleep score and learn more about the quality of each night's sleep.

Wake to a Sleep Score in the Withings app that shows metrics which impact the quality of your sleep including: sleep duration, depth, interruptions as well as your sleep schedule with the time it takes to fall asleep and wake up.

SHAREABLE SLEEP DIARY
Measurements taken through Withings Sleep are logged in your personal sleep diary which can be downloaded into a PDF and shared with your doctor to help make medically-informed decisions to improve the quality of your sleep.
