A: The white noise can be left on or set with a sleep timer for 30, 60 or 120 minutes. If the white noise is playing when the alarm sounds, the alarm sound will play. You can also select the white noise or other relaxation sounds as the wake up sound for the the alarm.
A: The alarm is a classic chipper "beep, beep".
A: The time is not displayed during back up, the time and alarm settings are saved so you don’t have to set them again when the power is back on. Thanks.
A: To set the time, please hold the time set button for a few seconds till the display starts to flash. If that's not working for you, please contact us at support@hellocapello.com and we can help get a replacement for you.
A: Hello. To enable or disable the alarms you press the Alarm 1 or Alarm 2 button depending on which alarm you're trying to change. On the display to the left of the time there are two amber lights that will turn on and off to indicate the alarm status. When the alarm sounds, you can press the Alarm 1 or Alarm 2 button (or any other button besides the snooze) to turn it off for the day. When you do that the alarm will be set to sound the next day still. So if you want to disable the alarm, please press the Alarm 1 (or Alarm 2) button and make sure that the amber light on the time display is turned off so no alarm will sound. The details for using the alarm are also on Page 9 of the user guide.
