Description
Sure, it’s easy to see when your hedges are getting a little shaggy, but how about your trees? The Worx 20V 2-in-1 Attachment-Capable Hedge Trimmer will clean up every bush, shrub, tree, and hedge on your property. Dual-action blades cut everything twice, once forward, and once back, working at 1340 revs/min. And all that action gives you neat, clean cuts.
The extendable pole attachment is the greatest feature, though. You can leave the ladder in the garage and still add about 12 feet to your reach. It’s the much safer way to trim your trees. And once it’s up there, the pole handle has an on/off switch right on the grip, so you can turn it on and shut it off without having to bring it back down. This tool is cordless, so you don’t have to worry about getting snagged on every branch and obstacle in your yard. The included 2.0 Ah battery and charger will keep your trimmer powered up and ready to go. This model also comes with a blade sheath, which makes it safer to store and significantly extends the life of your tool. And if you decide later on that your trees need some branches to come down, too, you can always get the Worx Chainsaw Head Attachment that is designed for this pole.

Too heavy
I am a woman with 4 other Worx tools. I bought this because it said it was lightweight. It is not. It's heavy and long and hard to control. I used it once last year and decided it was too dangerous for me to use. I hired a gardener and gave it to him and even he is having problems. If you have muscular arms and shoulders this would be an excellent tool. I love Worx tools but not this one.

I purchase your products for the women friendly use, I cannot say this about your hedge trimmer with extension. This item is very heavy not female friendly at all. From the trimmer to the extension pole. I feel that it would be perfect if it weren't for the weight.

Excellent tool to complement your collection.
I purchased the 20V Power Share Cordless 20" 2-in-1 Hedge Trimmer. This product is exceptional; the cutting blades are sharp and effortlessly cuts through thick vines and out-of-control undergrowth. I was able to slice through vines approximately three feet high with great success. I like the articulating head and the battery longevity. I also like that I have the ability to swap other tools on the well constructed pole. I highly recommend this product because of its sturdy construction and versatility. I use it for trimming tree branches from the house, trim hedges, and keep crawling weeds under control.

Easy to use, works great!
(This review was collected as part of a promotion.) I cannot speak about product longevity, but the WG252 Hedge Trimmer with pole extension is easy to use and works great for trimming hedges. It has some challenges with thicker branches but the 2.0 Ah battery lasts a long time. I have also used it to clear tall weeds, grass, and brush and it handles that without a problem. For some people there may be a balance challenge but it was fine for me. The trigger safety may take a bit of getting used to but I understand why it was implemented that way. Overall, I am very pleased with the product and do not hesitate to recommend it.

Works good from the ground - no more ladders
I purchased this tool so I can trim the bushes that are inconvenient to trim using a regular trimmer on a ladder. The tool works great. My only comment is that the tool becomes head heavy when using at the fully extended length. When it is fully extended you need some good hand strength. Other than that it worked great and I was able to trim the bushes from the ground. The battery has lots of energy and can go for a long time.

The tool cuts fine. The problem for me it that it is extremely heavy and you cannot even use the cutter without the extension poke.

Excellent reach
As a senior citizen I try to avoid climbing on ladders. This trimmer will make it possible now for me to be able to keep the higher bushes trimmed neatly without risking life and limb.

This product would be better for a homeowner if the extension pole was removable to turn it into just a cordless hedgetrimmer. Not everyone needs a constant long reach trimmer.

Awkward, clumsy and slow
Extremely happy it was back in stock. Had GINORMOUS hedges to trim. When extended you have to be 1980s Hulk Hogan to use. The blades don't move very fast, it's actually slow, it weird. I have nothing good to say about this tool and it was too late to return. I have lots of worxs tools. Weed trimmer, blower, regular hedge trimmer and vacuum. All great. I guess that's the one good thing about this awful trimmer is the battery share between all tools.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am really surprised you can't remove the middle section and just attach the power handle to the trimmer assembly. Even fully collapsed it's awkward trimming small bushes. I would recommend if you have other Worx tools.

I like the ability to adjust the angle of the head, but after about 30 minutes my arms are worn out. Perhaps if there was a shoulder strap that could be attached to take the weight off of the arms and wrist? Also, pole stcks occasionaly when extending and retracting.

Love this equipment!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Purchased this for my wife who loves to trim our large holly bushes. She would use a ladder to do this. Now she has the extension and do this from the ground. The angle adjustment makes this easy for her to "shape" the bushes to her wishes. I have purchased several tools from Worx - but this is the best one to date. If you are looking for a trimmer with power, easy to handle and operate - this is it. You won't be disappointed.
