Work great, but clunky on
I purchased these as a transition set of weights to get to the next level without purchasing the weight sets in between. So now I can go from a 10 to 12.5, from 15 to 17.5 etc. I am a female with child sized wrists and found these to be very clunky and awkward when on but they do work great for what I intended and I am getting stronger already.

Nice wrist weights
These wrist weights are nicely made. I got them for my teen for her Pom practice workouts. They are a little bulky around the wrist but for 2.5lbs they work pretty well. The thumb hole prevents the weights from flying off her wrist so they do have a more secure feel than some other wrist weights we have tried in the past.

Hurt wrists
These are SO uncomfortable. I have thick wrists cuz I'm a chunky gal, but man, these hurt like crazy!! They somehow still dug into my bones and made my workout excruciating. Other reviewers with smaller wrists had the same problem so I don't think they're friendly for any size. Just a really bad design flaw.

Lift your arms!
Being 2.5 lbs of weight maybe nothing but for a beginner & doing workouts with them can get you tired. Velcro strap to adjust to how loose or tight you want them to be. Use for home workouts or while taking a walk. Great quality for these hand weights, the weights are small tiny beads inside the pouches which are all sealed.

These weights are bulkier than I expected. I have small wrists, and these slide up and down when I’m exercising. They really don’t fit me very well, but if you have larger wrists than I do, they might work for you.

Bulky but Great
The All in Motion wrist weights are a bit heavier than I imagined for 2.5 pounds but work great. The material is soft just a little bulky. They are adjustable and even fit around my ankles. Very easy to use and durable.

Ok, these are great, you wouldn't think you would be able to feel the burn from 2.5 pound weights; but you CAN. These are the perfect addition to my journey at getting toned. The velcro on them is strong and holds up well.

Never Chafed or Came Loose
These are comfortable and the thumb loop is a nice touch. They never chafed or came loose through a whole Saturday of chores. They were just the right amount of weight to add a mini workout to my weekly household chores. The Velcro was strong and the stitching seems solid. The weight was perfect for me!

Good Quality Wrists Weighs
The All in Motion adjustable wrists weights 2.5 lbs are a good quality set of wrist weights. They are a little bulkier than what I am use to but they are still great. They are easy to put on and they stay in place while I am exercising.

Comfortable wrist weights for everyday workouts
These are great! Very soft, easy to put on and wear, just enough weight for walking/a light workout. The velcro closures hold tight, the thumb hole is comfortable, and the material doesn't rub or irritate my skin. A nice addition to add a little bit of strength training to your day.

Useful, but bulky
I like to add a little resistance to my daily walks and pair these wrist weights with a pair of ankle weights as well. I feel like I look a little ridiculous, but with the crazy heat we've had these as much more comfortable to use than carrying around dumbbells. The biggest downside to these is that after using them for a month, I really need to be increasing the weight in order to gain anything else from these, but there's no option to change out the weights inside for heavier ones. They are also really bulky so increasing the weights might actually make that aspect worse.
