Nicotinamide can increase NAD, which can give you more energy, keep you looking youthful, improve your skin. The capsules are easy to take, and I haven’t noticed any upset stomach or side effects from it. Overall, I like a science behind this product it’s just not a long enough supply to notice long-term changes with it.

I haven’t noticed much of a difference in my cognition or my skin in terms of the anti-aging properties it should have, but that might be because I’m not middle aged or older. The pills themselves are a little big for anyone that is sensitive to swallowing pills but pretty standard size for most supplements. I think if you are looking for a supplement for NAD+ then these will be pretty good.

Really not a lot of ingredients. Pills are easy to swallow. It also has an expiration date of 2028, which is quite a long shelf life The product itself was good I had more energy. I felt like I slept better as well and had better digestive health which for me is very important. Overall I would continue to use this product over others

I just don’t know if the value is there for me without a noticeable difference, but anyone who knows the benefits of the ingredients it seems like it would be worth the money for them!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've been taking NR from different brands on and off for years. This was my first time trying a product from Youtheory. I was surprised that the capsules are yellow when all my previous experiences have been with white capsules or tablets. This could be because of the additional quercetin. I appreciate that this is a higher dosage of NR then other forms I've tried. The serving size is two capsules which sometimes I've taken at the same time and sometimes I've split up. This isn't the kind of supplement where you feel the effects immediately, but rather you'll see results as you age gracefully over time. I didn't really observe the effects on a day-to-day basis, which is probably a good thing. (No anxiety, no digestive distress, etc.) There were a few times when I took two capsules in the morning and thought maybe I had elevated energy that day, but it could have been a placebo because it's not a regular occurrence. Overall, I'm happy with the product. The standard size capsules are easy to swallow, and they have no taste or smell.

Pill is easy to swallow and didn’t cause any stomach discomfort whether taken on an empty stomach or with food. I will say before receiving this free sample I had caught a cold from my 2 yr old nephew; right before I had a wedding and hiking trip in RMNP over Labor Day weekend. I will say I got over my cold symptoms a full 24-48 hrs sooner than my sister + BIL. This allowed me to hike 14 miles at RMNP which I wasn’t sure I was going to be able to do at elevation with the cold symptoms. I do attribute a big part of being able to power thru on taking this Youtheory supplement. I plan on continuing use as it’s affordable, has no side effects, and helps me continue to have the energy and do the outdoor activities I love!
