I bought this for my son for him to take rice and Mac and cheese to school . His lunch is late so it has to stay hot/warm for 5hrs . Before I put the food I heat up some water in the microwave then pour it in for a few minutes then dry it and put the food . It has stayed warm/ hot for 5 hrs.
