Tear along that seam to reveal the KILLA ACNE Extra Strength patch. How to use: 1. Swipe target area with included CLEANA swab. 2. Once dry, apply KILLA ACNE Extra Strength pimple patch onto zit. 3. Leave on for 2+ hrs for microdarts to dissolve (for best results, leave on overnight).Other information

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have a really bad under the skin pimple that has not gone away for several months now and sometimes even just slightly touching it can flare it up under the skin. I started using a small pack of these microdart patches and it seems to calm it down. Maybe still too soon to tell if it can completely get rid of it slowly but I'll be buying some more of these patches to see if there's progress down the line.

Have literally never found a product, for my cystic acne, as good as this. It is amazing. I had a large nodule under the skin and within HOURS it had shrunk significantly. These things are miraculous. Sometimes my cysts will last weeks and this one lasted TWO DAYS. Will be a lifelong customer.

Not the same! For whatever the reason with the new packaging came ineffective product. When I used to remove these there would be a liquid type medicine left behind and the swelling/size of the cystic blemish would be greatly improved. I used to new ones two nights in a row & I took them off and the pimple was dry and irritated! So disappointed. Bring back the old ones!!
Recent cost increase makes them not worth it.

Getting too pricey. For 4 stickas, these are getting too pricey to continue purchasing. While effective there comes a point where value doesn't beat efficacy. Just bought at bogo 50% off, which comes.out to the price they used to be about a year ago. Sad.

I typically need 3 patches to calm the pressure/pain down until the inflammation goes away, and sometimes need another if the cyst comes to a head (<1/4 of the time). My gremlins go away faster with these patches, eliminate scarring/discoloration and saves me from having to get cortisone injections.

I bought these extra strength patches during the Black Friday sale because I liked the original ones so much. These did NOT work, I tried them multiple times. If anything they made my underground zit on my chin worse! I’m so disappointed that I wasted a bunch of money on these.

I’m in love with Zitsticka so much the pimple patch really works sometimes I get cystic acne, which makes it difficult to go away and this is the only product that works. Yes it’s only a four pack and $15.99 but it’s worth it. I don’t buy it that often but I had a cystic pimple on my face. It was really bothering me and really hurt. I bought these just yesterday and my pimple is already fled. Two sizes down highly recommend.

The patch is pretty good for use on early-stage zits. I just expected two patches, one after the other, to be enough. I can get great results using three patches, sometimes it takes four to get the job done. It still works better than anything else I've tried. So, 4/5.
