Keeps coffee hotter for a crazy long time! Better than anything I’ve ever tried and it is absolutely leakproof.

I love this insulated mugs. Absloutely the BEST!!! Forget Stanley or Yeti, they are expensive but does not keep my drink hot nor warm this long. I made my tea before sleep and now in the middle of noon the next day, my tea is still warm, perfect tempeture. I most likely will be purchasing more in different size.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The insulation on this mug is incredible! I mostly use it for iced drinks. I filled it with ice on Friday, and by Monday, it was still frozen solid. The size is just right for my daily water needs. My only wish is that it had a handle to make carrying it easier. Overall, I highly recommend it!

I'm quite satisfied with this purchase—the mug is quite pretty, and it functions very well—it's quite spacious (enough for a day of cold water) and it keeps things very chilly, which is desirable. I haven't tried hot liquids yet, but based on how insulating material works, I'd imagine it works for those very well too.

I'm using this as a water bottle so far. Very handy to have a large water bottle that WILL NOT SPILL. Great for a busy mom. Also, I have used it to keep water very cold while out all day . . . and keep something hot during the morning to. That's going to come in handy as cold weather is with us now. It is also a beautiful water bottle! I like that it is slim enough to fit into my apron front pocket so I can easily move from one work station in the house to another. Also, since it does not spill, I can put it in a large purse/bag when I go out.

Best mug ever. It use it for cold beverages. Mine is keeping ice for up to 36 hours. Unbelievable!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The insulated mug did a great job of keeping both hot and cold drinks at the desired temperature. With ice added, cold drinks stayed cold all day even in hot weather. I ordered the 32oz version in the blue ombré and it looks even better in person. It’s very stylish and it has the Zojirushi elephant on the front which is a nice touch! The mug is also lightweight, fits my car’s cup holder, and most importantly spill proof. The only thing that could use improvement is the finish on the outside coating. You really need to hand wash and let it air dry separately. When I first washed it, I let it air dry with my other dishes and the outside did get scratched. Other than that, I am very happy with the mug and use it daily for work. Would recommend!

It never leaks and I use it for work everyday. It fits great into my cup holder. Easy to clean. I bought the blue color which is very stylish, my coworkers asked me where I bought it. Get it, you won't regret!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I got the Ai color — it’s absolutely gorgeous and beautiful! I’ve been using the mug to hold hot water, and it keeps it hot throughout the day. It’s surprisingly lightweight compared to other mugs I own, yet it retains heat just as well. I even accidentally hit it hard against the kitchen counter, and it didn’t get damaged at all. Overall, it works really well! There’s a slight “new mug” taste at first, which I’m sure will go away after a few more washes. The only part I didn’t totally enjoy is the lid design — since I have the 32oz version, it feels a bit unbalanced when drinking directly from it. I’ve been using it to pour into a cup instead when I drink at my desk.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This mug is another great product from Zojirushi -- it can keep my drinks hot and cold really well. I used my Zojirushi water boiler to brew my tea at 200F at 6AM. By noon, my tea was 180F. By 6PM, it was still 165F -- more than hot enough to drink. I also used it to store my iced coffee. I kept the mug in my car in California weather. At the end of the day, there was still ice cubes left in my mug. The lid is well-designed for easy opening/closing and it retains temperature well. The safety lock is a nice feature that ensures the mug does not spill in my bag. The mug is light and portable. I take it everywhere now instead of other mugs and water bottles. It seems small from the outside, but it can actually hold a lot of liquid inside. It is easy to clean as well with a brush, because it has a wide mouth. Keep on designing and making great products, Team Zojirushi! I have owned your water boilers, rice cookers, bread maker, and lunch jar. I look forward to using other new products you make. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am pleasantly surprised by how much I loved this bottle! Size: The 32oz bottle is a great size. Holds enough water without refilling too often and also not too big or bulky that it gets too heavy to carry around. I have a 40oz and a 64zo bottle and those get a little bulky for daily use sometimes. Lid: Locking mechanism is a great touch. Does not leak at all and feels very sturdy. Button to open lid works well, even after using for a few weeks. The spout is one of my favorite parts of the bottle. It is shaped in a way that makes drinking water easier, and its not too big where the water pours out. Good flow for drinking. Hot/Cold: Kept liquids hot and cold very well! Hot water stayed hot for the entire day and cold water stayed cold even overnight. Color: Very nice matte green. Cons: Few cons to mention. The bottle gets scratched pretty easily. I put it in a cup holder that was just a smidge too small for it and it left marks on the bottom of the bottle from squeezing it in. Also, there is no handle to carry the bottle. A little hook or handle at the top of the bottle would help tremendously when just carrying it around. Now, I have to hug it or hold it with my whole hand which makes it a little inconvenient when traveling with it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received this Zojirushi Mug a little over a week ago so here are my honest thoughts I've had over that time. I may update this again in the future once I've used it more. Unboxing: The Zojirushi packaging was extremely secure. There was no chance this was getting dented or damaged. It did make it take a little longer to unwrap everything, but I appreciate the care to get it to me in one piece. The box came with instructions on how to open, take apart, and clean the mug so that was appreciated. Cold liquid usage: I first used the mug for a couple days with only ice cubes and water. It kept the water cold and there were no weird tastes or anything that I noticed. (Just wash the mug before using it as always). The button to open the mug was easy to use and well designed. The button loosens the top but keeps the lid from popping open in your face. It releases completely when you take your finger off the button so there are no unfortunate surprises. The locking mechanism works just fine, but to honest I don't use it much as the button is extremely secure as is. The cap of the mug makes interesting noises when drinking from it and screwing/unscrewing the cap to mug bottom. When you drink from the cap, it has extremely efficient air flow so you never have the awkward "stop drinking to let air flow" issues like a sports bottle. As a result the air makes a "quick glug glug glug" noise as you drink. I don't mind it as I think it sounds funny like listening to a hamster drinking from a bottle lol. The cap rubber does seem to rub a little against the metal top of the thermos itself so it sounds like a squeegee on a window. This happens even with perfect alignment, but again, such a minor complaint for how well it's worked so far. Hot Liquid Usage: This mug is EXTREMELY effective at insulating liquids. I was curious how long it was going to work for so I made mental notes. Filled it with Hot tea from my Zojirushi tea kettle at 10:30am. It was still scalding hot for 8+ hours. I was taking sips from it periodically for the first few hours, it was left in the car while I was at a kid's birthday party, and then I drank more blessedly hot tea on the way home. I even left the tea in it over night as it was still good to drink by the bedside table. I woke up in the morning at it wasn't hot, but was still pleasantly warm 24 hours after I first filled it and had been drinking from it off and on. I almost think it's too good at retaining heat as if you're used to thermos tea getting warm after a bit, you might drink too fast and burn yourself. If HOT tea is a requirement for you, then this is your mug. I drank some earl grey tea in this mug and I can still smell the bergamot in the mug a little after washing, so I hope it dissipates with time. TLDR: 1. EXTREMELY good at maintaining cold and hot temperatures for 8+ hours (probably longer). You can't feel the temperature on the outside of the thermos so the vacuum insulation is done properly. 2. Love the button / lock mechanism. No surprise lid slapping you in the face or hot steam / shooting into face as it unlocks, but doesn't move until you remove finger from button. 3. Minor noise complaints when drinking / screwing cap on or off. Honestly not an issue unless noises are a particular thing for you. Bottom line...This is a buy / buy again. (The fact that it has a nice purple / lavender color makes my wife super happy)

I absolutely love this GoCafe™ Insulated Mug (SM-VH95, 32 oz)! The large 32 oz size is perfect — I don’t have to keep refilling it throughout the day, which helps me stay hydrated and enjoy my favorite drinks conveniently. The design is sleek and modern. I like that Zojirushi went for a simpler look this time — the logo shows just the baby elephant instead of the full Zojirushi name, which makes it feel fresh and minimalist. The button and lock system work great. It’s super easy to open and close, and the lock really prevents leaks. The insulation is amazing — it keeps drinks cold or hot for over 12–24 hours easily. I believe it works great for any type of liquid — water, tea, coffee, or anything else you prefer. One tip: if you change from hot to cold drinks or vice versa, refill with the right temperature liquid to help it maintain the temperature longer. I always hand-wash it and avoid the dishwasher to keep it looking new. Overall, I’m very happy with this mug. It’s stylish, practical, and performs exactly as promised. Highly recommend it to anyone looking for a reliable insulated mug for daily use!

Put ice and water in it and 12 hours later the water was still ice cold although the ice had melted. So not as insulating as a yeti but also way cheaper so it is a great value for the money
