A: Thank you for your review. The NS-RPC10 is designed to keep the rice fresh on Keep Warm for 8 hours. We would recommend eating the rice within 8 hours to enjoy fresh and delicious rice. Please note the rice cooker would need to be unplugged to turn off the Keep Warm function. A: Thank you for your inquiry. The capacity of the NS-RPC10 is 5.5 cups. The capacity listed for all rice cookers are the maximum capacity for cooking raw uncooked short grain white rice, measured in the rice measuring cup (approximately 3/4 US standard cup). The maximum capacity for cooking other types of rice (such as brown rice or long grain rice) will differ. I had an older version of this for many years and loved it. But when it finally broke, I tried to use my Instant Pot to make rice, but was really unhappy with the results (even burned the rice a few times). So I got another Zojirushi and it works like a charm. It's so nice to have 1-button rice cooker that just does what it's supposed to, perfect every time.

I love it! It’s the second one I have purchased. The first was much larger this one is a tiny version of my other one which lasted for over a decade. I hope this one does as well. Only wish they still made the huge one.

We got this as a gift 30 years ago. I recently passed it on to my daughter who uses it regularly, so I'm buying this one as a replacement. I anticipate my daughter getting many years of use out of it before she'll need a new one. The manufacturer made a top notch product in this. Dont hesitate to buy it

Non stick is easy to clean. Cooks rice evenly. Superior quality. My old rice maker is a different brand and had no parts available. My new Zojirushi has parts available so I bought it. So far it has made excellent rice and I am glad I found this brand. I have know purchased the 2 lb loaf bread maker and look forward to making bread.

My friend gave me this rice cooker in the early 2000s! I use it constantly and it works great! Over the years it has gotten a couple of digs when I moved, but this is a high quality piece. I love it!
