Kinda smelly
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So let's just get to the heart of the issue of why I can't say I LOVE this: the pills were smelly and I feel like it also made my #2s smelly(er--I'm not gonna say the scent was WONDERFUL prior, but this made it noticeably stinkier). However, if you're backed up and looking for relief, those are things you would probably be willing to overlook.

Worked ok
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My husband suffers from digestive and IBS so we decided to give this all natural Intestinal Formula #1 a try. At first my husband didn’t notice any effects of taking it. But about 20-30 minutes later, my husbands intestinal track was cleansing. It was very mild reaction to taking this product. But it did work pretty well with his health issues.

On the first day I tried 1 pill.. didn’t really work.. second day I added another pill.. a little bit came out.. then the third day I did 3 and I guess 3 is my body’s magic number because It seems like everything came out. I really like this because I didn’t feel any cramping or bloating. Definitely recommend to anyone looking to cleanse or for constipation relief.

I take one capsule with dinner and the next morning I have a bowel movement. It started decreasing my bloating within an hour after taking it. I had no cramping or upset stomach. A big plus is that it is all natural herbal ingredients. I would recommend it.

I've only been taking it a short time and I can already tell it he difference. I'm able to go a few times a week now versus once a week before. No stomach cramps or other issues. It really works!
