Does not dissolve

As other reviewers noted the capsule does not dissolve in the digestive tract. If left in water or vinegar overnight it swells up and turns rubbery with the contents remaining dry. The powder needs to be transferred to a gelcap, otherwise it's a waste of money.

Does not dissolve

The last batch I bought in November 2014 does not dissolve. The customer service representative advised me to open the capsule before I swallowed it. Not convenient at all.

I usually love Swanson Vitamins, but this one was a disappointment. The pills do not dissolve. I always "look back" after I have bowel movements, and I saw this supplement in my stool undissolved. I thought it was just a one-time thing, so I did a test by putting one of the capsules in a cup of water and waited to see if it would dissolve. An hour later it was still sitting in the water unchanged. Waste of money unless I want to open up the capsules and dump them in my food or drink and take them that way. They really stink, so I'm not too keen on opening them up to ingest them.

Disappointing

Dr. Oz recommended this supplement to keep fat from settling in your hips and bottom. After 2 months, I can't see any difference, and, also, this new order I received tastes and smells like moth balls. Ugh!

Smells Terrible

While this may be a good product, it smells terrible. Not only is the smell bad, but when I take it in the morning, I end up burping it all morning long--Yuck!
