Swanson Dietary Supplements Ecklonia Cava Extract - Standardized 30 Veg Caps

It’s better than not having it but not as good as the original product of this. That has been gone for quite awhile and when they said they upgraded it, well this is a downgrade to me. The original formula was so much better but still this is better than nothing.

This supplement took me and my doctor by surprise. I was not expecting the benefits I gained when I started taking this. I WISH you still offered the larger packaging and better pricing, but my doctor has ordered me to never stop taking this, and based on my individual benefit from adding it to my daily routine, I never will.....

Swanson's used to carry a non extract form of this brown seaweed which had a much more than 53 mg. Not sure why they dropped it but I found it not only cheaper but much more effective. I wish they would return to that. This mg amount is very small and incomparable to other effective brands.

I really liked this product. I slept as well as I have in years when I started taking it and it was a great mood stabilizer at least for me.

What I really want, and have been looking for, is authentic Brown Seaweed in food form. I have read so many astounding things about the people in Okinawa, Korea, and Japan who enjoy awesome health, wellness, and fitness into advance ages, and the many articles I've read attribute this to their diet with high percentages of Brown Seaweed. We all see articles every day about this and that food that is supposed to be good for us, and some even super good for us. It always sounds good. Maybe too good to be true. Kind of makes us want to eat those foods to be good to ourselves. Well, I want to add Brown Seaweed to my diet if I can find it, and if it is palatable. I'd like to experience it for myself. Brown Seaweed is available in pill form under a number of different names, and one of those is Ecklonia Cava. So I thought I'd try Ecklonia Cava. I ordered it from Swanson, because as usual Swanson has the best price.. I was dubious about the apparently small 53mg. potency. And apparently my doubts are confirmed. I have noticed none of the wonderfulness I have read about. So, I'm still interested in trying Brown Seaweed as a food, but I can't recommend this 30 capsule size bottle of 53mg. Ecklonia Cava capsules. I tried taking 1, 2, and even 3 capsules a day in my quest for Brown Seaweed 'wonderfulness.' Nothing going on. I won't be buying this product again.

This brown algae with its strong antioxidant support is a good complement to chlorella from green algae that helps eliminate heavy metals. Now that Ecklonia Cava Extract has been marketed for more than two years, a larger size bottle of 60 or 90 soft gels should be made available.

Most everyone doesn't get the necessary greens in our diets. This is algae based and it's one of my many daily supplements that I will continue to take.

Take this product for the antioxidant property’s. I take it with 2 Calamari, 1 Vitamin D3 & 1 CoQ10 twice daily. The reason I gave it a 2 on convenience is it only comes in 30 caps need to be up about 180

I have been taking the product for a couple of weeks. The thing that is different with me is less craving for food. My mood is calmer too. These aren't the reason I purchase this item though. This is fine with me just an added plus. I will see down the road if anything else is noticed.

This is Brown Sea Algae, and it shares many health benefits with Brown Seaweed. There are five species of Brown Seaweed that are rich in Polysaccharides called Fucoids. You can get an extract of Fucoidan, or get the ground up plant in full spectrum Bladderwrack and Wakame. I get a very nice lift from a Swanson Fucoidan and a Bladderwrack in the morning that I did not get from Ecklonaia Cava. Although there are many good reviews for this product, I recommend Brown Seaweed to my friends instead...the most economical being Swanson full spectrum Bladderwrack, and the high end being Dr.'s Best Fucoidan. Bladderwrack has Alginates which carry out heavy metals. It is not unusual to feel light headed the first few days you start it, so I recommend to my friends that they begin before bed, and after a few days, take it in the morning for its rejuvenating benefits plus an added lift. After deciding I wanted to try this product, I comparison shopped. This is my first choice, and has been for several years.

Ecklonia Cava Extract,was everything expected it to be and more. The price was the best I found,for the quality received.I was very pleased.

I started taking this product with no idea of what it would do. After a week of taking it, I have a better overall feeling, general well being and doesn't bother me when I take it. I will give it another month before I consider buying more as I expected more.

Ecklonia Cava has been tested to be one of the most effective antioxidants. The Swanson brand is one of the purest. The only fault that I can find is that the suggested dosage is too small. The best results require the dosage to be doubled. Even doubling the dosage still makes the Swanson brand an excellent value. Until something better comes along this product will remain a staple in my supplement regimine

I added this supplement to help with my cardio and since I've been taking it my endurance has increased in the gym

The Ecklonia Cava extract is the best form of the brown seaweed. The amount of 53 mg extract is not sufficient to acquire the full effectiveness the seaweed can provide so the daily use should be doubled.

Have just recently added this to my arsenal of supplements designed to help maintain cardiovascular health.

I have read about how high potency Ecklonia Cava Extract (Brown Seaweed) taken together with Calamari Oil and Vitamin D-3 work as an anti-aging benefit. I've been taking this combination for about a year and plan to continue. I am not sure of its effectiveness, perhaps because I have not taken it a part from all my supplements. Swanson offers a quality product for the price and potency.
