Stick with the plain NAC for best results!
When compared to NAC without the "L" in the middle this product did not satisfy my body's response. NAC regular did significantly more good for me. And this one with the "L" is 40% more expensive.

I prefer the 1000 mg in a capsule but unfortunately they changed it to a caplet and I'm unable to swallow it many times. Other than that, n a c helps with glutathione which helps with the immune system. I even give it to my dogs. I wish they could find a way to have less fillers in their products.

Memories of Wee Lad Days
The memory of rich european black licorice reminds me of when I was a wee lad - my then girlfriend's parent's worked cleaning the mansion up the street from me. I would meet her there, and used to snag a handful of the hard little licorice pebbles the rich man had in his crystal bowl on his desk. This was just his summer home, so they were never there. I know this isn't quite the same as the real European licorice I had as a wee lad, but as they as: a dollar and a dream.

WOW!! What an amazing supplement !! I juts recently heard about it and it was recommended by a friend that gets ALL of her supplements from Swanson ! Now I know why and why she takes this product every day to help get the many toxins OUT of our bodys in this day and age of pollution and everything we breath & eat and are exposed to & I know it works because when I started taking it my face did break out! But that was clearly the toxins and ( don't worry, it didnt last) I feel better taking this and am SO Happy I found out about it! it works ! I Will definitely Keep purchasing this product!!

N-Acetyl L-Cysteine is highly recommended by many Naturopath doctors to combat kidney disease. Since I take so many supplements, it is hard to comment on the progress of one product. However, I have so far stopped the progression of kidney disease for the time being and will continue using NAC.
