Took after TMS

I took this after having TMS (Transcranial magnetic stimulation) for anxiety. I feel it has definitely helped with the recovery time and the new connections that have been formed in my brain. Also helped me with energy

Deceptive product

The ingredients pictured say "fruiting bodies" but the product you receive will say "mycelium biomass" in the ingredients. This means that the product contains the less potent root system grown in rice and diluted by rice. This product is not entirely actual mushroom bodies which is what you want and you won't find out until you've paid and received it by mail.

I am beginning to notice a difference in the neuropathy in my feet since I started taking it. I am going to ask the Dr. who recommended it what the largest dose is that can be taken safely. She said it would take awhile to work 500mg.

Helps with memory and brain fog

I started using this instead of the very expensive memory aids like Neuriva. I have found that my mind seems a lot clearer than when on the other supplements. I remember things, brain fog is gone. I take one in the morning and one at night. Very cost effective.

I take this product everyday for reasons advertised, and it fits right into my daily regime of Vitamins, Supplements and Herbs!
