unfortunately I got this because the sea buckthorn omega 7 was out of stock. Sea buckthorn oil helps with my sjogrens syndrome symptoms. Keeps my eyes and mouth moist. This type did nothing for me in that regard. This form offers no relief.

I have been using this product for 4 years. It has helped reduce my inflammation which started from a very bad accident that resulted in significant back pain.

Can't afford to take enough to be effective. Need to take 2000mg per day (half a bottle) and still it really doesn't deliver on the promised weight loss so why take it.

I had read about omega-7 and so i began to reseach the benefits, every thing was a plus for are health so i wanted to give it a try. I've only been taking them for about 3 weeks and my energy level has increased and i don't fill like am walking around in a fog ya'll know what i mean so i will continue to take what i have and i will be ordering more. I have been taking for over two weeks. Noticed my appetite is declining. Last week I simply forgot to eat on two occasions. Doing just what it is supposed to do. My energy level is high too.

Lots of Omega 3-6-9 products on the market. Few include Omega 7 as it is more expensive. Maybe someday the price will come down and omega 7 will be addeded to general omega products. Until then, you have to buy it by itself. And this is the best value I can find.

I've been using this product for a few months and have received all the benfits of taking Palmitoleic acid that research shows. In addtion, Swanson has the best price on this superior 'Provinal' form of Omega 7. I really can't discern any changes. In addition the price for such a small quantity is way too high. Even with 25% off. So until the price comes down. I'll pass of ordering anymore.

Since EFAs are important for countless functions throughout the body, my personal belief is that I want to get a regular and abundant supply of all the best ones from the finest, most proven, top quality sources, so that I'm not lacking any EFAs that could be needed and beneficial to me in any way(s). Toward that end, I take 1 of these Provinal Purified Omega 7 capsules each morning AND night. Even though, compared to other EFAs, this Provinal Omega 7 is a tad on the pricey side, for my money it is worth it for me to get ALL the EFA benefits I can. As much as we all know about EFAs now, more and more research is discovering more and more benefits they provide all the time. I'm all for getting the greatest benefits and doing what's proven to be good for me. PROVINAL PROVES POSITIVE.

There are many opinions about Ώ-7 EFA. I am trying to see if any effect. Aren't any apparent now, but it does not hurt.

I initially added an omega-7 sup to my regimen after reading about the benefits of omega-7 oils. Then after more reading, I learned that some omega-7 fatty acids are beneficial, like the oil in the purified Provinal product, while other omega-7 fatty acids are detrimental. So I narrowed my choice to Swanson's Provinal sup. I like that Swanson is using a patented oil, Provinal, in this product. That way I feel assured that the prodict has been well researched and will be manufactured in a consistent reliable way.

Good product, too expensive. Swanson has doubled the price of this product overnight. I am disappointed because usually they have fair prices. I have been ordering monthly for years. Please lower the price Swanson. Thank you..

Of all of the EPA/Omega supplements I have tried this one works and the capsule size is small

so, yeah, its palmitoleic acid (monounsaturated fat) without the saturated part. It is also about 35% oleic acid (monounsaturaded fat), but I have been taking for a month...dont think I see any difference whatsoever. will try for another month, I guess

This one supplement is truly a game changer regarding weight loss... I've tried a lot of supplements such as Cissus and African Mango, with good results, but nothing even remotely comparable to Omega-7. I had to buy a whole new set of clothes after two bottles in two months, since all my old clothes had simply become too large! Of course exercise helps... I understand different people may experience different results, but for me this one is a keeper, even though it is a little pricey. I just wish it would come in bottles with 90 or even 120 softgels, so it would be easier to stock!
