I like taking this natural vitamin E since the synthetic makes me break out with pimples I feel better after I take this type of vitamin E but I'm not sure if I will continue to buy it much longer because of the price getting crazy high

It seems good, but I bought this E bye mistake. I didn't realize it was the artificial E.I don't know what to say about it otherwise.

Highly disappointed in this product, containing soy. I didn't realize my allergic reaction was from this product, after taking it for over a month. Didn't realize the soy in this vitamin was the problem. I have many products I take everyday from Swanson and they have no soy in them. I thought swanson did not use soy, but will have to check all Swanson products.

Just what the doctor ordered

It's the perfect dosage of natural E. The quantity is perfect. It gives me the chance for a good test run to see if it will help my brain health as I have some degenerative brain damage. I heard about this on a forum so I guess we'll see.

Seems like a great idea

I like it and I like the idea of taking it. However; my body flushes like a mad woman several hours after taking it. I've already got hot flashes, this on top of that was just too much. I guess I didn't do enough homework. Sorry Swanson. :(
