This was my b-complex go to vitamin. Not any more since when I purchased them they changed the seal at the top of the bottle after removing the cap. It is no longer sealed with the metallic looking seal similar to tin foil, which was secure. They changed to a cardboard seal. That is fine but they are not sealed. Even after very slowly removing the cap the cardboard seal is non-existent. Anything or anyone could contaminate the product. When the cardboard lifts up there is nor residue so it never seals and just falls off. I pointed this out to Swanson and the response was our products are safe. Well then why even have a seal if it is not needed. It is a failure on their part. If you are concerned about this then DO NOT BUY. I bought six bottles and ALL of them were NOT SEALED.

My sister reccomended your brand after I became pregnant and needed to get supplements. Very high quality and decent prices. You always have some kind of sale going on which makes it nice to stock up. Will definitely continue buying and highly reccomend.

A good product to help your energy thru out the day when taken in the morning.

This combination seems to be working very well to help my joints move a little easier. It's not expensive for something that helps me get outside again. It is easy to take along with my other morning meds. I like it.

I haven't taken the complex B veggie tablets for a full month yet. So evaluating it at this point is much too hard.

B-6 should be doubled in milligrams Folate should be 1000 mcg. B-12 should be 1000 mcg of methylcobalamin Biotin should be 50 mcg Choline should be 500 mg

Easy to take , no after taste, usually have a after taste and sometimes a after flush when taking a b complex. No problem with this

My fav B complex-I’ve not found a better source for several activated B vitamins in one capsule and have been taking it for years. I don’t burp up nasty tastes or excrete bright yellow urine for hours. Hope that Swanson keeps manufacturing it!

This is a good formulation because have methylated folate and vitamin B12 in the formula. The other vitamin B complex that are not methylated does not works well.

These are ACTIVE forms the body uses for a wide variety of processes. Very important to get these forms of B vitamins vs. cheaper B complexes which could be a waste of money. I know a bit about roles of B vitamins, read a lot of labels, and chose this one.

It's the best B complex I have ever found. It could be improved by adding 5 mgs of pure niacin for circulation and 30 mgs of niacinamide. I've read that inositol hexanicotinate is worthless. Also increase Biotin to 100 mcgs.

I have gout. You increased the amount of niacin compared to your previous formula. Don’t like this. Not good for gout.

This activated B really does work better than regular B complex. It seems to be absorbed better with less stress to your system.
