    Helps me curb sugar craving

    Chromium picolinate taken daily helps me to curb my desire for sugar. I notice when I take it I am less inclined to want sugar as much, and when I run out I notice I crave it more.

    Swanson chromium is top tier!!!

    This brand compares equally with all other top tier brands of this product the most obvious difference is the price. For an aging adult that finds I must take supplements the Swanson brand is my #1 go to.

    Why the color change

    Just received the new shipment of these and they are no longer pink in color as they have been over the past couple decades. Very concerned on the potency and what has been added to these to take away the color. I don't feel comfortable taking these, due to the fact they don't look like chromium picolinate (pink) anymore. Will be calling Swanson tomorrow for answers.

    Chromium good choice

    Chromium can help with blood sugar. These are a very economical way to take chromium, and I have been doing it for a long time. I am pleased with the quality of the Swanson chromium. The capsules are easy to swallow and 200 mg is a good dose.

    Disappointed contains Rice Flour

    Appears the "Rice Flour" which has a High Glycemic impact to me, is counter productive to the Benefits of this supplement. Have tried several of Swanson's products and any of which that has Rice Flour is a no go for me. Hard lessons teach, I will be more aware of "OTHER" ingredients from this point forward.

    helps me with energy

    I take one 200 mcg capsule, mornings. I think chromium picolinate (CP) helps my energy like few supplements can. I also also don't worry about eating sugar if I take CP, but I never have been able to take more than 200 mcg of CP per day. However, it's one of my permanent supplements that I prefer to not live without.

    It’s not my imagination that this supplement is very important for brain health and to keep glucose levels within more normal ranges at least in a person who doesn’t have type 1 diabetes. Type 2 diabetic persons would benefit from it along with proper diet of course.
