    I didn't know until I accidentally order it.

    So helpful with trying to build muscle and healing pulled muscles. it's a great Amino Acid that I didn't even know about until I accidentally ordered it! Highly recommend it.

    Look up side effects before use

    Each time I used this, I got a sore throat 1 or 2 days after. I also started getting headaches. The pill is also bigger than expected.

    This products cleanses my system . It works very well but must take 3 pills each time.

    Great product for the price!! Awesome value!!

    I was skeptical of taking this amino acid at first. I know aminos are good for muscle development and definition though. I took this product for a couple years. My arms and shoulders never looked more sculpted. I quit taking it for about 6 months and lost most of what I had worked so hard for, even though I was still working out as hard as ever. I have started taking these again and my muscles are back. I won’t the mistake of cutting the supplements out again. Great product for the money!!

    Aminos such as L-Glutamine have tangible impact

    I'm very pleased how this supplement and companion amino supplements from Swanson help my body and mind deal with exercise and weekend warrior activities. Few supplements have impressed me as much as aminos have.

    Swanson's L-Glutamine

    L-Glutamine is available in a lot of different foods, but you would need to eat a lot, to get a lot, and surprisingly, a lot of protein powders don't have it at all. Thanks to Swanson for having it in pill form. Easy to take after a workout, or with a protein shake. Good price too!

    Wow. It really does take the edge off my sugar cravings. Still doing it after 3 months. Yay! Nothing I've ever tried did this. Great price for the amount I take too.
