    Works Great for Hot Flashes!

    Amazing for Restless leg syndrome

    This is an amazing product. If you have restless leg syndrome this is the product for you. Just take1 a day. Very inexpensive for such amazing results. I have turned on so many people to this product and have yet to hear any negative feedback.

    Affordable

    I bought this a week ago so I haven't achieved the full benefits of this herb yet, I am starting to though and that's a great relief. I've used this herb before with great results. Due to finances I had to stop. Thanks to finding this site I can now buy them again.

    Not effective

    I used this product only for 30 days only because I started to gain wait from it. I did not take any new vitamins or any new medications so I have to believe this vitamin caused my appetite to increase to the point that I wanted to eat all the time. I quit taking it and within a few days (3-4) I am no longer an eating machine! By the way, it did not do anything to my hot flashes! At all! I have been searching for a natural way to get rid of hot flashes without ANY result! If anyone have an idea please share! Thank you

    More effective than store brand

    I have bought different brands of Dong Quai and have come back to the Swanson's brand because it has the most notable effect. This is the only brand I use now.

    Swanson's Dong Quai Root

    Originally, I got this for my wife to help with her 'personal summer' days, and it has seemed to help a little. However, I started taking it as well, as a cleanser and it also seems to calm me a bit and help me focus. Didn't know it did that, but I'm glad that it does.

    Okay but not impressed

    I've tried this herb before from another brand and it seemed more effective so I'm not sure of the quality of this herb. But it does help, just maybe not as potent.

    Didn't help

    I had been using another brand of Dong Quai to control hot flashes. To save money I switched to Swanson brand. Unfortunately the hot flashes came back. One caveat however.. when I returned to my old brand the hot flashes didn't completely go away, so perhaps this increase in menopausal symptoms is simply due to age putting me at the "next level!"
