Does not promote weight loss

Another gimmick! Save your money. I fell for the whole "this is the best thing EVER discovered" on one of those ads on the interweb. Found the product here for a decent price, but other than finding it here and for their fast shipping (that's the 2 stars), I cannot say it does anything! Religiously took it, no weight loss! Clean diet and exercise and this wonder pill, and again, no results. Too bad.

Full Spectrum African Mango

Bought as a weight loss supplement and it helped me lose 10 lbs I a month with Garcinia Cambogia and a Special Apple Cider Vinegar mixture! It’s an awesome product did just what it did it would do!!

Too Strong for Me

This African Mango became a powerful detox to me. Perhaps if it had been in a much lower dosage, rather than the 500 mg capsule. I had severe watery diarrhea, ill feelings, headache in the back of my head and some nausea. Much like a Healing Crisis. I did experience no food cravings and lost a few pounds. Was disappointed it didnt work for me! Three days after I stopped taking the A/M, the symptoms subsided.

How do they do it? :-)

Excellent product, especially when considering its dirt-cheap price compare to other African mango supplements. And it works. I use this in combination with Swanson's raspberry ketone formula. This combo works far better than the pricier ones.

Effective appetite control

This has been an excellent aid to help me control my appetite It allowed me to drop pant size from a 38in to 34in this did not happen quickly because I am not able to exercise due to a back injury. So this has given me hope to feel better about myself. I will continue to use African Mango.

Significant Part of my Weight Loss Program

I take Swanson's brand African Mango every day, along with Swanson's brand raspberry ketones. The raspberry ketones prompt my body to burn fat, while the mango limits my hunger pangs. Between the two products, since I started taking them about 6 months ago, I dropped from 254 to 226 lbs. My pants quit shrinking, and I've even tightened my belt a notch or two! That feels pretty darn good!

No longer always hungry

This stuff is great value, and I've found I'm no longer always hungry. It works to help re-set your leptin receptors so your brain gets the message when you're full and stops putting out the hunger signals. I no longer feel hungry all day, and am now working on breaking the last of the eating 'habit' by having water or a cuppa tea instead when I wander into the kitchen. Great stuff. :)

Works great

I take one a day with 1 Cissus Quadrulangus in the morning. I am not hungry and am not nervous like when drinking too much caffine. I have lost 9 pounds in 6 weeks by low calorie diet and exercise.Only side effect is dry slightly soar throat in morning. Drink lots of water.
