About 14 months ago, I lost half my hair. I was scared and I didn't know what to do. I chopped half of it off and started taking this twice a day. I noticed that I had more hair loss when missing a dose. I quickly noticed new hair growth. It's now almost as long as it was before I cut it and my ponytail has doubled in thickness. This works.

My nails are now healthier
I took a prescription drug that caused my hair to become dry and brittle and fall out, as well as caused my nails to become crumbly. 6 months after discontinuing the drug my hair had become healthier but very little of my hair had grown back, and my nails had only slightly improved. After finishing 2 bottles of this supplement I haven't really noticed any more improvement in my hair, but my nails are now strong and grow very fast! I am re-ordering in hopes that my hair just needs more time to grow back. I was iffy on whether I actually needed a multi-vitamin, but because of the wide array of vitamins and minerals included in this supplement I went ahead and discontinued my multi-vitamin and have not noticed any deficiencies as a result.
